Good Lumbar support and Quite Comfortable
This chair is quite comfortable for a full day; even for a 40hour work week. It gives good support to lower and upper back. The hydraulic chair lift is good - so far. The lumbar adjustment really adds nothing in so far as further back support. It is essentially useless. The seat is wide enough and has enough foam in it so that sitting on it is not "hard". The arms on the chair are a bit short and should have had more foam in them; but they are workable and do fold back 90°; making it easy to slip it under your desk. It rolls quite easily and nearly quietly across a hardwood floor I do recommend this chair if you are looking for upper/lower back support and long hours of sitting in it. It has been worth the cost, unless you want a throne of a computer chair. I have been happy thus far with this purchase. If things change, I will update.

Comfy
I love it! It's comfy, and I've slept in on a bunch of times. It's sturdy, supports my back well, stability is great, and it adjusts well, definitely worth the money! Also fits good in my room

If you are a big girl with white hips, I do not recommend it
The chair is fine good quality for the price you pay unfortunately it’s not for me. I have wide hips and it’s very uncomfortable to sit in this chair for eight hours. I personally didn’t like it. I did not find it comfortable specially me being a person 5’10 and 280 pounds. This chair was just not for me or my back as I have back pain. Other than that, the chair is perfectly fine.

Affordable/cheap office chair.
The chair is a good value for the money. That being said it is stable but the lumbar support and arms are stiff and feel like cheap plastic. The material quality is on the low end as well. The seat is fine and the hydraulic pump is the same and pretty much all the office chairs. It was relatively easy to assemble. I’m not very happy about the arm positioning. following the instructions for assembly makes it easier. I don’t see the chair lasting for an incredibly long time but for the price and the fact it isgoing into a 13-year-old’s bedroom, I didn’t think it was so bad. Just remember if you want a high-quality chair you’re probably gonna have to pay a little bit more money.
