Great
Great for what it is. NO CD - which all of you should have read before buying.

It has to be done on the phone which becomes infinitely annoying and a little dangerous
Works well, although a few little glitches when running simultaneous apps, for example spotify or podcasts will be paused when Google maps gives a direction and cannot be restarted via the control panel. It has to be done on the phone which becomes infinitely annoying and a little dangerous

As an ex-electronics engineer I don’t think I was doing anything stupid, but have been unable to get any AM ...
I recently bought this model but found after I had fitted it that it would not receive any MW or LW stations although FM stations were loud and clear.I had specifically bought this model because it had LW so I could listen to the cricket.I returned it and got a direct replacement but found it had exactly the same problem. As an ex-electronics engineer I don’t think I was doing anything stupid, but have been unable to get any AM radio reception.I can’t blame the aerial as it receives FM perfectly and the car’s previous radio had no problem with AM reception.(By the way you do need to get an aerial adaptor to make the aerial connection on many cars. This should have been included. You won't know until you come to fit it.)The effect of tuning through the AM waveband is what you would expect in the absence of an aerial ie a lot of white noise with the occasional very faint suggestion of a station at certain points in the tuning. So I think the electronics itself is functioning, but it seems that there is a missing connection between the aerial and AM tuning section.Otherwise it is fine if you never want to listen to AM, and don't mind mentioning a partially broken radio when you sell the car.

Basic stereo will not allow you to use phone on hands free but apart from that it's ok
