Great herbal supplement for sleep. Way less bitter than other brands
I've had other brands of mugwort that even just a pinch would be hands down, the most bitter drink you can imagine. I don't know how they take care of these plants or do something different for the drying process. But this mugwort is way more tolerable and with honey or other teas, is actually pleasant to drink. I notice my sleep quality is better when I take mugwort in conjunction with other gentle sleeping herbs. I also use it with ginger to settle food related upset stomach issues. The package they use keeps it fresh, and I highly recommend them.

Nice product, fresh, smells great, brews up nicely
I'm using this as a sleep aid. I noticed the freshness and fluffiness of the herb immediately when opening the package. Much more plant material, less stems. It smells far better than the other two types I have ordered. I'm assuming since it's much fresher and of higher quality, it will also be more potent. This took awhile to arrive, but everything is slow because of Covid-19 right now. I'm really pleased with the product and it was worth waiting for. If I like it as much as I think I will, I'll order again for sure. Hands down much better quality than any other type I've tried - just like buying from a specialty herb store like Mountain Rose Herbs or Humboldt Herbals. Five star product.

Good for dreaming
I’ve heard people use this for lucid dreaming, and I’m not quite there yet but ive been having clearer dreams ever since I’ve started drinking it. It’s kind of an odd taste but if you mix it with like passion tea, or some over flavor tea it’s pretty good. You can also smoke it too but it’s got small sticks and really small grains so it’s not recommended

Love this!
I was ordering from Walmart at first but FedEx is horrible. I love this product! It makes me so relaxed, I have really good nights of sleep, and wake up feeling well rested. People use this as birth control too.
