I’m in love!
Update: I’ve had this several months now, and have since also used a Saros 20 robot vacuum/mop. This is a good companion to the robot, but because we have gravel and mulch that gets tracked in from our yard and this handles picking up both like it’s nothing and the robot chokes on both, if I could only have one, I’d choose this. Before the robot, it was easy to maintain my floors just by doing a quick once over through our house. Because the brush spins it’s semi-self propelled and is easier for me than using a regular cordless vacuum. I went back and forth on buying this during the Spring sale, and decided to go ahead since it was roughly half off. My concern was another gadget that takes up space and seldom gets used. My reason for wanting to try it was because I have the most wonderful and most dirty young dog. We live on 2.5 acres and part of our yard is wet clay during cool weather. This guy is an outdoorsy dog, as is our older dog, and somehow he picks up an inordinate amount of mud, sticks, seeds, pebbles, mulch etc, and no matter how much I clean him off, the floor gets filthy. I’ve had many dogs but none come close to the mess this guy creates. He’s also longhaired and sheds some. Our other dog crests 1/10 the mess and she’s out as much. (“Why can’t you be like your sister? 😂) So while I can vacuum daily, with our Shark Pet Cordless, the dark vinyl plank needs mopping also, and I just don’t have the energy to do it more than weekly. This has made me feel like our house can be clean again! I’ve used it everywhere over the past two days and it’s easier than vacuuming because it’s somewhat self propelled. It feels lighter than the cordless vacuum, especially since the weight of this is mostly in the base. This cleans along baseboards far better than any vacuum I’ve used, and infinitely better than our old Roomba (probably six years old?) It picks up huge dog hair dust bunnies like they’re not there and doesn’t leave any behind. It also picks up tiny pebbles without issue, without scratching our floor. The suction is incredible. Our floors haven’t looked this nice since they were new, and it didn’t take much effort. I was also surprised how little water is used for the cleaning, and how quickly floors were completely dry. I think this would likely be fine for floors that you want to be careful not to get very wet…this is likely on the level of wetness as a swiffer wet pad. One downside is that our older dog is fearful of a lot of noises and this scared her. The messy dog who doesn’t like vacuums walked along with me (probably trying to undo the work.) Lastly, as others have said, the self cleaning works. The mop roll comes out clean and spotless. Of course, you do need to dump the dirty water cup and rinse it, but it was satisfying how much hair and gunk was picked up. The dirty water cup is small, and there was probably 8-10 oz of dirty water, nothing like emptying a full mop bucket. Early on at least, this is as great a purchase as my espresso machine that I hesitated buying in 2019 due to the cost, and it’s still running strong. If this lives only one year it will have been well worth it for me, but hopefully it’ll last much longer.

Excellent Wet Dry Vacuum with Outstanding Customer Service
I’ve had this Roborock F25 BX for about a year, and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve made. It works just as well as when I first bought it and has made cleaning much easier, especially with a small baby at home. At one point it stopped working, so I contacted customer service. They repaired it at no cost, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. That level of support really impressed me. For a wet and dry vacuum, it isn’t too heavy, making it comfortable to use. The battery life is also very good. My home is about 1,800 square feet, and I can clean most or all of it on a single charge, depending on how dirty the floors are. Overall, it offers excellent performance for the price. It’s reliable, easy to use, and has been a huge help in keeping my floors clean every day. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it.

Just get the vacmop, skip the cordless combo
The cordless vac doesn't have the best suction, even on my hardwood floors I have to go directly over anything for it to suck it up where with my years old Dyson its suction is still so strong it'll get things within an inch of the vacuum head. This means there's dirt still near my baseboards that I have to use one of the attachments to get which is annoying. Now the vacmop is another story. Its fantastic. It cleans my floors so well, no streaks and uses very little water so my floor dry in 5 mins. Its easy to use and the self cleaning function is truly the best. All I have to do is empty the dirty water and rinse it out. Soooo easy and fast compared to mopping. I do have a shark robot vacuum and mop combo and this cleans so much off my floors even when I JUST ran the mopping function on my shark. I just wish I could go back in time and save money and skip the combo with the cordless vac cause its really not worth it.

Best purchase as a mom of 3!!
Purchased on Feb 20, 2026 and have used every day (most days more than once), it is now May 6th. I feel like it’s been long enough to leave a legitimate review, based on the amount of use it has endured. It hasn’t given me a single issue (yet) so I’d say it’s pretty durable! I LOVE this thing. I really only use water in the tank since I ran out of solution pretty fast and have yet to buy more, I have vinyl plank flooring, and it works great! If I know there is a pretty stuck on mess or something that will need a little extra help/disinfection, I will prep the area with a multi surface disinfectant spray to soak before using the vac mop ( I also feel this helps with not spreading the germs everywhere else afterwards). I have three kids that throw food on the floor and constantly make spills and messes and bring in dirt from outside, this thing gets everything up. The battery life is awesome, I have 2400 sqft and can do the entire house on auto mode with one charge. It helps that it’s cordless because I don’t have to spend extra time plugging it into 5 or 6 different outlets to get every room cleaned. It is so quiet (except on fast drying after self cleaning) that I can use it while my baby is asleep in the same room. Worth every penny! My ✨ONLY✨ complaints are: there isn’t a light on the machine so it’s sometimes hard to see where the mess is and where you’ve already been, and the water tank being on top of the roller makes the vacuum just slightly too tall to fit under my kitchen cabinets and reach into the toe kick spot (my cabinets could absolutely be lower than most people’s so I can’t say it will be that way for everyone). Buy the dang thing, it will make your life so much easier, it definitely did for me.

So happy I finally bought a vacuum/mop and Love this one
Have had this F25 LT for a couple of months now and am very happy with the purchase. This is our first wet/dry vacuum/mop so I don’t have anything to compare it to however with having dogs and cats in the house, as well as in-laws who make messes comparable to children at times I’m very happy I have this to grab when needing to clean up the floor rather than any other mop or vacuuming then mopping like I have in the past. Granted it doesn’t replace the vacuum entirely, it does an amazing job and replaced all my mops. It gets super close to the edges of the wall with the vacuum and mop and the self cleaning and drying of the roller works wonders. I read some reviews about stuff getting caught up or clogging up the vacuum but I’ve had no issues with that. Obviously you do have to clean out the debris trap well and sometimes I’ll run the auto clean twice but that still doesn’t replace having to clean it out. It’s not magical and does need to be cleaned/washed by hand which I expected so was no surprise to me even with the self cleaning doing as great of a job as it does. It isn’t loud at all, it saves so much time, it lays flat and still cleans underneath things that are tall enough for it to fit under (as long as the handle is faced up and down, otherwise the vacuum will raise up rather than staying flat to the floor for cleaning). The suction has worked great for my needs (dirt, dust, animal hair, and stuff tracked in by the dogs or on shoes from outside). It is light and looks sleek in my opinion as well. As mentioned before, other than a carpet shampooer I don’t have anything comparable to the vacuum mop to compare this to but i absolutely love it and it didn’t take any effort to put together. Would definitely recommend!!

From Skeptical to Shocked – The F25 Is Worth Every Penny
I’ve had great results with my Roborock S9 for day-to-day cleaning, so I decided to add the Roborock F25 Wet Dry Vacuum cleaner for weekly deep cleans. My home’s entire downstairs level is tile, and I’d been using a Bona mop with washable pads for years. Well, that can go straight into the trash now. After a recent full-house painting, the painters’ dirty canvas tarps left my tile floors extremely dirty. Even after mopping twice, I felt like they weren’t clean. I put the F25 into max mode, let it work its magic, and emptied the dirty water tank afterward. My jaw dropped - the water was practically black. That’s when I realized how much grime my old mop had been leaving behind. The F25 is a powerhouse. Its suction and simultaneous wet/dry cleaning make quick work of messes that would normally require multiple tools. Pet hair, spills, crumbs... it handles them all without leaving streaks. The dual scrapers and curved comb wiper really do prevent hair tangles, and the edge-to-edge cleaning is no gimmick; it gets right up against baseboards and into corners. It’s cordless, surprisingly lightweight, and the rotating head makes it easy to maneuver, even in tight spots or under furniture. I was able to clean my entire downstairs without feeling fatigued (no more breaking into a sweat). One of my favorite features is the self-cleaning and hot air drying. After cleaning, it rinses the roller with hot water, scrubs it clean, and then dries it in just a few minutes with hot air. This means no smells, no mildew on the roller, and no need for me to touch the dirty mop head. The smart dirt detection is also impressive - it adjusts suction and water flow automatically based on how dirty the floor is, which takes the guesswork out of cleaning. I snagged mine during a sale for about $100 off, but now that I’ve used it, I can say it would have been worth paying full price. If you want the convenience of cordless cleaning, the power to handle deep dirt, and the luxury of a true all-in-one machine, the Roborock F25 is absolutely worth it. My tile floors have never looked or felt this clean.

Great while it lasted!
Update - 11 months into owning this unit, I started to question water evaporation from the clean water tank. (This tank has to have water in it to run the auto-clean cycle, so you can't leave it empty.) Over the period of a few days, the tank would go from half-empty to nearly or entirely empty. I also began noticing that the detergent tank was emptying much faster than it did initially. The charging base became gunked up with a sticky, gel-like substance that even rubbing alcohol wouldn't cut through. And then I moved the base to discover that the unit had been leaking onto my wood floor, where it actually ruined sections of the floor.) I reached out to support, provided all of the pictures they requested, and answered all of their questions. They responded by telling me I could pay to have the unit repaired (no estimate given) or I could get a $20 credit towards the purchase of a new unit. That's just silliness for an item that cost over $400 and is barely outside the one-year warranty window. It was great while it lasted, but don't expect Roborock to do anything if your unit is faulty. Initial Review - 5 Stars - I purchased this unit after reading many reviews and researching similar options. This wasn't the vacuum/mop I planned to buy, but I changed my mind last minute and was initially quite happy with the results. So happy, in fact, that I purchased them for other family members. The unit charged fairly quickly, I could get through a large portion of my house on one charge (and all mopped areas in just over 1 charge), and my floors looked great after using it. No streaks, no stains, no gunk or build-up. Perfect for homes with pets and kids.

I do mostly like it.
Although I do like this Roborock F25 for simple cleaning, the only negative is that it does not seem to get up stuck on messes. Don’t get me wrong, the water comes back dirty and I’m sure it does a pretty good job cleaning, if I have some sort of stuck on liquid it doesn’t seem to pick it up. This is my only complaint. It does a great job getting edge to edge cleaning, the battery life is a good fit for me for the size of my space. It does a great job of self cleaning and cleaning the brush off, absolutely no complaints there. I like that it’s cordless. I just wonder if I should have gotten the steam version but I didn’t want to spend that much. I do like it and will keep it but my search for something simple also that can steam clean.
