By far our favorite multivitamin! My son can be a picky eater at times but these vitamins have helped complete his daily routine. I stole one before I had him try and they are really tasty. They don’t have a strong vitamin or chalky taste. They are very kid friendly and easy to chew through.

Started giving these to our 6 year old after her checkup where her pediatrician mentioned a basic multivitamin wouldn't hurt given how picky she's gotten about vegetables lately. Wanted something that wasn't going to turn into a daily battle like the chewable tablets we tried before that she'd hide in her cheek rather then swallow. Flavor is clearly a hit, she picks between strawberry and orange herself most mornings and takes it without any prompting, which honestly still surprises me a few weeks in. Texture is soft, chews easy, not the gummy that's gone hard and won't budge that we've gotten from cheaper bottles left open a little too long. No stomach complaints or anything off since starting these, and they've become just a normal part of her morning routine now alongside brushing teeth. Hard to say what's actually changing internally obviously, but it's one less thing I worry about given how selective she is with actual food most days. Bottle size has lasted a solid while at one gummy a day, and it reseals fine sitting in the cabinet without going sticky or stuck together like I've had happen with other gummy vitamins in humid weather. Only complaint is the bottle doesn't list the sugar content as clearly as I'd like on the front, had to flip it around to check. Worth mentioning we're not doctors, so definitely run any new supplement by your own pediatrician first rather then just going off a review, especially with dosing for your kid's specific age and weight. Price is right. Not chepa but worth it.

I bought the First Day teens multivitamin and I'm really happy with the quality. The biggest standout for me is the clean ingredient list made from organic fruits and veggies, without all the extra sugar or artificial fillers. It’s super convenient for a daily routine, has a nice fruity taste, and a soft texture that’s easy to chew. It does a fantastic job of keeping daily nutrients on track. Absolutely worth it for the peace of mind and overall quality. Highly recommend!

I saw this in an ad and immediately knew that I needed this for my teen girls. The ingredients are great and help keep them energized and focused throughout the day. Also, they taste good and easy to eat on the go. Will definitely be purchasing!

I bought the teen and kids multi and pre/probiotic bottles. The teen multi doesn’t have the same dry coating as the rest, so it’s kind of melted into a big clump. My son is able to get a serving out, but they’re VERY sticky. Nothing a rinse at the sink won’t fix, but kind of annoying. We’ll probably need to find them locally instead of shipping. 8 yo and 15 yo say they taste okay, but not as much like candy as the previous brand we used. I can’t really speak to its effectiveness, but we’ll stick with them for a while.

We’ve been taking these for almost a month, and the bottle is almost empty. I’m already seeing a great result! In the 4 to 6 age range, kids can be extremely picky with food and often refuse to eat a well-balanced diet - no matter how hard you try. These vitamins are a lifesaver for filling in those nutritional gaps. Super easy way to make sure they get what they need. Will definitely repurchase.

My little can’t tolerate the taste of these. Not a picky eater at all as regularly eats salads, fruits, veggies, etc. but the taste is something that just can’t be done. Our other little loves the taste! Only other thing is if you have a toddler and a kids bottle- when the caps are off the containers be careful not to mix the two bottles as the bottoms of the containers don’t say which is which. I write “toddler” or “kids” on the bottom so I don’t have to look online at pictures to match the picture to know which is which. They have different designs, but nothing specifying which container is which (when the cap is off) unless you reference a picture. Just a small detail observed.

I can’t comment on the effectiveness of these because my kids have only been taking them for a few days, but what I will say is the smell is rough and my kids 11,13 and 15 hate the taste of these. They are willing to eat fish and more vegetables just not to have one again.
