FAYEAN Ergonomic Racing Gaming Leather Chair Swivel PU Leather Home Office Computer Desk Chair with Retractible Footrest, Recliner and Lumbar Cushion (Blue)

Bought this in December 2018 reviewing October 2019Take the following into consideration.I am 5'6" and weigh 15 stone. I spend at least 30 hours a week in this chair either working at a PC or gamingThe padding is not what it was I bought extra cushions otherwise the old bum gets soreI am forever having to bend the arms back in towards the chair and this he eventually lead to the right arm breaking at the point it is connected to the seat base plate, the metal has actually broken off and will need welding back on.I cannot say of this is just a poor design or me.There is no option to return the product so will be looking for a different chair to replace it and will be welding the arm back on and use this as a backup chair.The chair does look good, it has just never been that comfortable for meI have never tried using the foot restThe right arm connection to the seat base has broken away, not as in the nut and bolt has cxome lose, but as in the metal fabrication has broken requiring welding to fix it.The arm rtes

Product looks as advertised, but its quite uncomfortable and offers little to no lumbar support. Foot rest isn't very good and the arms have bent outwards. Says its supposed to support up to 200kg and my partner (who the chair was for) isn't even half of that. However the design is nice and it visually appealing. For the price I paid (£119 at the time!) I had expected something a little higher quality

There was no footrest in the box the bars where there but the footrest part was missing I was very disappointed as I got it for my son who has a bad back and the arm also broke I only got to message you now as my daughter died last wk if you could send a blue footrest I would b very grateful thank you

I only gave the chair 4* for sturdiness as it’s already a little wobbly and I haven’t had it that long great for kids I think but not as an office chair which was my reason for purchase

Had this chair a couple of weeks. It is comfortable, however the air cylinder collapsed after not too long. When I contacted customer support, they sent out a new chair cylinder which serves the purpose well enough for now.

Lasted about a year before the metal base snapped meaning it’s unusable now, however the chair is very comfortable and suited for its use.

Great chair, had a little problem putting it together as the instructions seemed to be missing the placement of a crucial bolt, but overall very comfy and good value for money.

is 10cm lower on seat height than shown on web pic. ie only 52cm max height not 62cm as shown.
