Works well and easy to use
Easy to use. Good video guide and wall chart showing basic exercises. Remember you should exercise when using this. It does not help you lose weight just standing on it, although it feels great to use after exercise.Four programs and manual speed control. Very pleased with purchase and a really good price. Super quick delivery.Also there are many good exercise videos on line to complement this machine.

Weak vibrations
It isn't a very strong vibration. I had to return it. I had a Skandika which was much stronger. Looks exactly the same as this but the strength isn't so good. Maybe for someone who is elderly or very reduced mobility this would be gentle enough but not for someone looking for a workout.

The product is sturdy and well builtThe disappointment is the calories it states you use is not correctI have checked this using a different accurate calorie burn tester

Powerful working machine brilliant love it
4 stars due to remote looking as though some had difficulty using it/getting battery put although complete item should be new,the battery appears worn for new item as the remote doesnt work .Otherwise its sleek n slim. Easy to carry using both hands. Exercise sheet gd haven't try used the dvd. Hopefully after the a week or so I get to use it properly using the basic instruction. Must be used daily to see any results b4 u stat saying it doesnt work.
