I have this laptop for work and I loved it so much I wanted to buy one for personal use. My referb was in near perfect condition with only the TINIEST bit of wear on the mouse pad. For the price I definitely can't complain. Runs perfectly and looks great.

The screen broke exactly after the warranty expired…wouldn’t buy it again

Stopped charging within 24 hours
Received refurbished product. Turned it on and used for a couple hours. Stopped charging within 24 hours. I don’t know why but I do know that any product ought to work for more than a day. Returned. Awaiting my refund.

Warranty
Laptop is great! But when ordered through the amazon vendor the refurbished laptop came with glitches in the screen. Was told to go through Microsoft for a warranty exchange. Took some time but all good now. But feel it should have been checked out before sending to me.
