Excellent product and customer service
I had already bought these for myself and as a gift for a friend. My husband then wanted a pair as they are so good. This recent pair - the light didn't work but the company sent me a new battery immediately.Great bright light - superb for removing splinters and amazing tweezers for eyebrows - love them.They arrived sooner than expected, great packaging and I can't fault the companies response to the light not working. Why wouldn't you buy them!

Don't seem to be well-finished
Not sure if it's the way these have been finished but the see to scratch the skin when tweezing. I've put them in a crafting draw as they may be useful for something other eyebrows.

Absolutely awful, zero grip
From the photo you can clearly see how bad the grip is, with a tiny gap between tweezers. It cannot grip any hairs if you're using them to tweeze eyebrows. Tried returning but the company wrote "The product must be returned in an 'AS NEW' condition to qualify for a full product refund. You must not return any items that have been UNSEALED and USED.". I also have to pay for postage if I wanted to return, so I'd be wasting postage fees. Paid 18 quid for a pair of useless tweezers. Shocking.
