They don’t taste or smell terrible. Took 2 Day one. Still had my normal gassy self (after bariatric surgery a couple of years ago) - but honestly not as smelly. Side effect - I 💩 green! Ha! Will keep using the product - hopefully will increase effectiveness as I continue using it.

I liked taking these daily as I felt an energy boost and just overall healthier. They are gmp compliant and have 3rd party testing so that's a bonus. The only issue I had was my bowel movements got too easy. I feel like maybe I was detoxing, but all the time if you know what I mean. So I stopped taking them after 2 weeks the started again but every other day and that seemed to work better for me.

Used this for a while, as I was curious on if this would actually help with body odor. I will be upfront and say I already have very low body odor, but just curious if it would help a little bit more to almost nothing. Good product that can potentially increase one's energy level. I like making sure I get greens in my diet everyday. These are easy to swallow and don't have much taste. I feel good taking them and love that the value for the cost is very good.

I have not been taking this product long enough to leave a decent review, but the product seems good.
