Okay, I'll be honest — I was a little skeptical when I first saw chewable constipation relief. But after my regular MiraLAX routine started feeling like a hassle (mixing powder, remembering a glass of water, the whole production), I decided to give these MiraFAST Soft Chews a shot. And wow, I'm genuinely glad I did. First off — they actually taste good. Like, suspiciously good. My brain keeps trying to convince me they're gummy candy, which makes remembering to take them way easier than I expected. No chalky aftertaste, no weird medicinal flavor. Just a pleasant chew and you're done. As for effectiveness — they do the job. When my stomach starts acting up and things aren't moving the way they should, these get me back on track without any of the cramping or urgency you sometimes get with harsher stimulant laxatives. The "gentle" label isn't just marketing fluff. It's a noticeably smoother experience. A few things to keep in mind: Like MiraLAX itself, this isn't an instant fix — don't expect results within the hour. It's gentle and gradual, which is actually a good thing. The convenience factor is a big win — toss a couple in your bag, no measuring, no mixing, no fuss. They're on the pricier side compared to the powder, so if you're using this daily long-term, the cost can add up. Overall, these have become my go-to when my stomach decides to be uncooperative. Works. I have to take 7. And a whole bottle of water at least. The more water the better. If you can do two bottles of water in a few hours do that. Or tea or juice. It will work by in the morning or sooner and I have terrible problems where nothing works so you may need to take much less. But this will give me a bad headache a few days later and I think because it dehydrates a little. So keep hydrating before and after and do stretches to keep things moving. The taste is not to bad. It is easier than downing gritty powder in water for me. Has the consistency of gum with ground up sugar in it.

I must start out by writing that I struggle with constipation and it is worse when I travel. I usually use the powder form but did not want to take a bulky bottle of miralax on a plane and cruise ship. I thought I would give these a try. They come individually wrapped and taste really good. I took 2 before bedtime and wow the next morning! No pain, bloating, or negative side effects. They are very effective and consistent.

These do not taste good at all and they have a really disgusting texture to them, but I expected that. They don't work nearly as fast as the packaging claims ("30 minutes to 6 hours") but if you take them consistently over the course of several days, and drink a ton of water - and I mean a TON, like way more than the recommended amount - they will eventually help with constipation. I much prefer the powder Miralax formula, that stuff works faster than these chews, but the chews are individually wrapped and are more convenient to grab with you, and to use, so it's a bit of a trade-off. The powder formula has basically no taste, unlike the chews, which taste god awful.

So convenient and taste great. We’ve switched to using these from the powder and they work great, just as good as the powder but you don’t have to actually stir the powder into the water.

It works, but on the label it said 30 minutes to six hours. For me, it was 20 hours. I had to go a few times. I thought the chews were delicious!

I suppose these work well enough although they taste so awful I stopped using them. I use the powdered Miralax instead.

I was very skeptical about this actually working And then I took two and I didn’t feel much of a difference but when the reviews tell you that you should not take a lot of of them, I should’ve probably listened because for me at least in 12 hours. I had a lot of bowel movement.
