Taste good
So far is good it does the job I like that I dont just taste like the powder and I like that it is strawberry flavor. It is a little expensive for the size.

Probably needed to use it longer
I used this for about a month - maybe I needed to do it for 3. I wanted to try it out before considering a subscription and not sure I will do that. I didn't really notice any changes in appetite nor anything else, to be honest. Maybe I'll try it again when I can do it for longer.

Tastes great but expensive.
This stuff tastes great and does seem to work. Just seems too expensive for psyllium husk. Mixes easily in a shaker bottle.

Not a good product.
This is not good stuff. If you actually need help for your digestion. It won't help you. It constipated me and made my stomach hurt bad. It's not as good as it says. Not appetite suppressant. Doesn't help your energy level. I regret buying it and throwing 39.00 away. Very dissapointed.
