I’ve tried three different brands of couscous and this one is superior to all of them! The couscous comes out perfect every time I cook it which is everyday because I can’t eat anything else! Osem’s doesn’t absorb the water as well and it can clump just like Rice Select’s even with just a tablespoon of too much water. This one absorbs the water so quickly that at times I’ve added maybe a couple of tablespoons of boiled water to it. The joke is on me because whether I add it or don’t, the couscous turns out perfect!!! I love this stuff. It absorbs flavoring very well!
