Nutrition Overload Protein Bars, Sundae Funday, 20g Protein, 1g Sugar, 4g Net Carbs, Gluten Free, 12 Count

This is my favorite overload bar! i love the add ins, especially the caramel, and love the white chocolate coating. I didn’t realize it had 12g of fiber in addition to the 20g protein- truly a nutrition packed bar compared to some other protein bars.

I needed them right away and I planned to cancel for that reason but they came through and was shipped out the next day.. Very impressed and these things are addictive 😁

The Quest Sundae Funday is one of the best bars out there right now. They taste good, have a solid nutrition profile (for a bar anyway), and an interesting multi-layer texture that's creamy and chewy at the same time. For a low-sugar, low-net carbs formula, they're not too tough on the G. I. tract, though I wouldn't recommend eating more than one bar per day.

They are awesome. They shipped it in a large (perishable) cooler type box filled with cooling bags as if they needed to stay cold. Very not necessary.

These bars have a great taste and give me 20mg of protein to satisfy my breakfast needs without a lot of added sugar!

I know there are consultants out there who work with food companies to make their products more appealing and addictive. I have no doubt that Quest is using this service. These sundae flavor bars are ridiculously delicious, ooey gooey soft with crispy bits inside. They seem so decadent, especially compared to previous iterations of Quest bars. Their do have a higher calorie count (210) but with 20 grams of protein and one gram of sugar. They are high in sugar alcohols so beware of diarrhea, but all in all so worth it. The only issue I foresee with purchasing them via Amazon is that they have a low melting point and were pretty squishy when they arrived after being in a hot delivery truck. They are great at room temperature but with summer coming, you may well receive a box of melted bars. But it’s definitely more cost effective to buy them by the box rather than individually the way many stores sell them.

It’s just as “meh” as “meh” gets. I don’t know what I was thinking buying this other than an “Ooo!” but after unraveling the package and the bar made a touchdown on my tongue of a landing strip, I thought “eeeh” and while the texture was “oui!” My overall impression was still “eh, meh”.Sugar: “yui”Freshness: “oo”Melting: “huh?”Digestibility: “poof”
