Hi. I recently got dentures and needed a little help keeping them secure , especially the bottoms. Upon sharing my problem someone suggested this brand and I can't be more happy! These adhesives are the best! Very easy to use!They hold my dentures securely , does not have a bad odor or taste and I will highly recommend them to anyone in need and I will be buying many more! They are a must have if you have dentures! Thank you

These for me work great. Just cut them to fit your lower dentures. My husband cuts them in half - yes my husband he has been my rock through this - he just pushes them into the plate. I was so surprised how easy it is to use verses the polygrip adhesive. There is no smell or taste. When I use these they keep my lower dentures in place for atleast 5 hours - as that is the longest I have worn my dentures but thats another story. My absolute favorite thing - when you remove your lower plate the adhesive stays on the denture NOT on my gums. I started with polygrip but when you take out your dentures all that adhesive stays on the gums you have to literally take a paper towel and pull it out of your mouth and off your gums. If you gag getting it off like I did - you need this!

If you have dentures there is no better product you could use. I have used this for over 25 years and would not even think of trying anything else. It makes them fit perfectly, gives you confidence to smile, can eat anything without worry, no "ooze" and all around comfort. If you want something that works ....this is it !!!!!!!!!! I use the tube of paste on top ones and these on bottom and I will never use anything else. I have used this and their all three of their products for over 20+ years and written many, many rave reviews on all of them. Well I don't know what happened in the last few months, if they changed formula, manufacture or what has happened but none of them are the same and especially the adhesive and cleaning tablets. They don't hold like they used to and don't even look the same. They cleaning tablets are the worst. They don't fizz like before and have a dark coloring to them. T have tried soaking half a day, over night and they don't at all. the cushions used to be so good I could eat an apple and they wouldn't come loose. The tablets don't remove coffee or tea stains anymore and look dull and like you clearly have dentures. Before they whitened. Not anymore. I am so mad because I tried other products like Polident to clean and the just leave a gummy residue behind. The Adhesive is ok but still not like it was. Now I have to find something to do about it. I have reviewed all 3 products and answered questions from people about them and I LOVED the old formula. Now I am calling dentist to see what they recommend and will probably have to have them professionally . They have totally runed 3 fantastic products and if you check my reviews on these 3 you can see I told everyone to use them for over 20 yrs. Oh an they even changed the boxes. Still say Secure but now it is for sure not the same product.

These strips were better than any other adhesive for dentures that I have tried. These strips do hold for hours. Even after drinking hot coffee they still keep my lower denture in place. I only gave four stars because they do not last all day. They do tend to give up by the time I'm trying to eat dinner. However, now I just add new strips or the Secure cream a little while before dinner and I'm good for dinner and the rest of the day. I wish I only had to apply something once a day but I'm thrilled that I can at least eat and drink throughout the day and only have to apply something twice. The other strips and creams that I have tried didn't allow me to eat or drink at all. I've only had dentures for a couple months and I was getting very depressed because it did not seem like I would ever be able to eat or drink while using dentures. I feel so much better now after trying these strips. I was even able to eat a sandwich without having to use a knife and fork! I had to be careful how I bit into it but that's because I'm still learning how to eat with dentures. There is a slight tingle when I first put the denture in but it only lasts about a minute or so. It is not bad enough that it would keep me from using it or make me afraid that I was hurting myself. These strips are way too big for my dentures but I've been able to cut them in such a way that I get three uses out of one full strip. That definitely helps with the cost. The other thing that I like about these strips is that they have no flavor. I don't like the products that have meant flavoring because then everything tastes like mint. Also there was another brand of cream that wasn't flavored but it had a bitter or sour taste. Not only do these strips work but they don't have that mint taste or that sour taste. When I first ordered them I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get them out once they were in. It takes a little bit of time to get them out but you just have to work them a little. Then I use a toothbrush to brush my gums with warm water to get the any leftover adhesive off them. The strips peel right off especially when I soak them in the secure cleaning solution. I will definitely be ordering more of these. I know there is nothing else out there that even comes close to working as well. I hope they never stop selling these on Amazon because I have not found them in any stores. Try them, you will be pleasantly surprised at how well they work.

After experimenting with a couple of other brands, I found that the Secure brand works best! Strips for lower dentures, while the paste works best for upper. One big thing I have done that has made using the strips far easier and less messy...........I now CUT THEM IN HALF BEFORE PEELING COVER OFF, LENGTHWISE! Basically doubles what I have. I found using an entire strip led to glops of the adhesive seeping out from underneath the dentures. With a half strip, I still have the same great hold but far less waste and glop! The half strips are just easier to fit into the denture as well. Plus, these are expensive for someone on disability pay, so I need them to work and last. The strips remind me of a thick piece of chewing gum, but they really work well. The fact that they are far safer to ingest.....NO ZINC............is a huge draw as well. I don't care how careful you are, you will ingest a small amount of the denture paste while you eat and or drink. I have learned that hot liquids will loosen ANY brand so I wait until after my morning coffee to put my teeth in. For me this is no biggie waiting. As far as taking them out at the end of the day, it has been a learning curve for me. They stick and I mean stick! The upper dentures need to be rocked a bit to get them to loosen. That may be from using more than I need, but for me I like to make sure they stay put. Also, there will still be residual paste/glue/glop, whatever you prefer to call it............after removing both upper and lower. I run warm water to get it off, but if you soak dentures overnight you can easily remove any of this as it turns into a loose gel. I take a q tip and wipe it off easily. There are times that I will have the same happen to the roof of my mouth. I rinse with very warm water and it comes out naturally. I just spit it into the trash or wipe with paper towel. This all may seem a bit much, but for me it is all worth it. Especially with this product being zinc free. I have not had any problems with paste leaking out of uppers. No matter what you choose, it is almost impossible to stop all leaking, but at least with the secure brand, you have a healthier and safer option. Cut those strips in half!!!!!! Save money!!!!!!!

I bought this for a friend. It holds the prothesis but it is a little bit irritating.

I just got them, they definitely don't shrink like seabond, they don't need glue, they have a lot of power, they have there own glue, I am surprised I ran to some reviews using glue with these strips, they don't need any glue, the glue I believe would make less effective and that's why those people have a negative reviews, very unfortunate they using them the wrong way and blaming it on these amazing strips, I install them it's been few hours and it feels very natural just like my own gums, this very genius stripes, I am really happy that I ordered those, I been using the wrong product, seabond is the worst product I feel, they dry out in half an hour, I spent hundreds of dollars on seabond and it's in the past, now this a new discovery, I really feel that way because it's hard to believe there's such a miracle strips, secure is the right name and they are secured, I definitely give this all the stars plus, I love them and I I do have my own business making all homemade cosmetics and I am extreme observant, I definitely recommend this product to my love ones and any one that need this types of products, thanks!

I've been using these for a couple months. They have the best hold of any, just solid but the glue will build up and you wonder how much is getting into the digestive track. I don't have dentures. I got a belly full of California dentists and went to Mexico to exterminate my teeth. There is no perfect solution. But the infection is gone and at 50 grand here in the states, and seven to get them pulled and the abutments in, I guess it was a bargain....... Yeah, you can loose your teeth and drill you out but oh baby, you won't eat solid for a year. Not to mention the discomfort. Anyway, to avoid the embarrassment of "no teeth" they gave 3D printed acrylic plastic from a mold that was before my teeth were removed. Lots of slop and the bottom denture broke when it was dropped on a vinyl floor. Super glad them and lasted a year over COVED. So these are not dentures at all. But this adhesive works but must be installed dry and there is more goo. Make sure you remove them at night and clean them, once dried on, hard to get goo off. I use these on lowers and the paper like ones on uppers. I'm OK and time to get back to Mexico. Life goes on after the bad breath/ infection from teeth but you do miss them dearly

These strips work well - better than another product I tried (which is a spread on paste - messy and strong chemical taste). Following the instructions it made wear the lower denture more comfortable and is also helpful in excluding crumbs etc. Depending on use one strip is basically used per day - possibly 2 days - but then in combination with some creme fixative. There are 15 in a box, so I would recommend 2 boxes per month - the cost then adds up - but worth it if it helps.
