THIS IS THE BEST PISTACHIO FILLING!! I love it, I bought some extra kataifi and it was perfect. It is a bit on the sweeter side, but this will not disappoint. It is also crucial that you buy strawberries immediately when getting this.

I was worried when I received my package, because the last time I bought from amazon, different brand, it leaked so it end up in the garbage. This time I am satisfied! A lil bit pricey but it is worth it. It came sealed and no leaks. The kadayif/kataifi is still crunchy. The taste is good, no different taste. And it is almost filled up to the top. I can now make strawberry Dubai chocolate for my daughters. I will buy this brand again. Highly recommended! I am so happy I took the risk to buy this brand!

Fabulous!! Really rich and creamy with the best crispy kataifi. This is the flavor you may have had served when out and wanted to find, GustoEtna is perfect. Love it on strawberries or in milkshakes. Will be purchasing again.

As others have mentioned, this particular filling IS pretty runny. But I LIKE that about it because it lets me tweak the recipe to my taste. Let me explain: After reading reviews, I bought an additional pound of toasted katafi for like $15, which I mix into this pre-prepared filling at a 1:1 ratio, effectively doubling the amount of filling I end up with. I add some of my own tahini too, then a bunch of the extra katafi, and a little powdered sugar for balance. The thinner consistency invites experimenting, just adjust to your own liking. It's even better the next day when everything has a chance to meld. As for value? I think this product is already a great price for the size. Even without tweaking the recipe at all, it's still over 2lbs.. and I really do like the softer texture. Makes it easy to taste all the yummy pistachio. My favorite way to eat it currently is as a thick dip. I scoop it up on honey twisted pretzels sticks...and oh the CRUNCH.

So good! When it arrived it was kind of melted (it's pretty hot here right now). But we mixed it up and put it in the fridge and a few hours later it was PERFECT! The Khatafi is crunchy. So yum!

The taste is great! And it’s delivered fast. I can find a cheaper Dubai filling for the same amount! I’ll usually ordered multiple at a time cause it takes longer to ship but it tastes just as good and cheaper price. Other than that if you’re looking for a fast delivery, it’s got great texture and real pistachio pieces in it. The consistency is weird at first because if the separation but once mixed it’s creamy and yummy!
