I got few mollies and one of the molly had minor white spots, I didn't notice it before adding it into the Main aquarium. After few days, Gold fishes, Mollies and Tetras started becoming Sick and started to die one by one. I was not aware what was this disease. I just ordered this medicine as the symptoms appear like a Ich and used as mentioned in the Bottle (1ml for every 5litres). I change everyday 40% of water with the medicine. You may need to calculate the dosage again for the 40% of water you are going to add. After one week most of the fishes got completely cured and there is no white spots now. But, few critically ill fishes like Gold Fish and Widow tetras passed away. I will suggest to use this medicine immediately once you notice the white spots in any fish. Im reducing a single star, because the dosage in bottle and Amazon description are different.

It worked for lice and anchor worms.. however it did not have much effect on my tank. Had to put my fishes in 2 30L bucket for aroun 5-6 hrs with airstones. Also changed 100% water washing all the stones and filter. Worked like a charm for lice where it came off without me trying to pull it out. Cannot see the anchor worm as well, although the red patch is still present as of now. Fishes are fine after 6 hrs. Planning to add to my main tank as per their recommendation for around 6 days just to be sure. A cheaper solution if u ask me compared to the blue and green meds I got from the aquarium

This product is not good at all. Ok nice for killing bacterias and fungus but not helpful for anchor worms. Buy this at your own risk.

Not worth buying, my dollar fish had fin rot and this medicine did not worked..

This medicine is good aganit anchor worm . Mine was 3.5ft tank.. Before applying this med remove all marbles or stones from the tank bottom for good effect and reduce the water quantity as much as possible. In bottle it's mentioned as 10ml for 50l..but this doesn't work almost double quantity I applied for controlling the worms.

For guys who can't cure their fish with methylene blue(mr.blue) and malachite green(mr.green) ..Oh man ..this medicine it's amazing saved my black fantailed goldfish from heavy fish lice infestation.. check your fish fully before you buy and if u made the mistake by buying from a bad aquarium like I did. This medicine helps you .. all in one medicine .. whoever made this product thank you
