Healthy Goodness
I gave it 4 not 5 stars... But only because it's the only flavor they have tastes funny. But it works great

Great taste
I am taking bone broth based on recommendations from the Prime by Kulreet Chaudary ( book and products are on Amazon) to heal my gut and connective tissue problems. I could not stand the smell of chicken broth ( I am vegetarian) but was able to take this lemon grass beef broth ( with a few added spices) for a few days at a time before my stomach starts to protest, so I switch to whey protein and colostrum for a few weeks and then back to broth for a few days. I can now eat a little bit of organic wheat .

Strange particles floating around in broth
I have been buying Kettle and Fire bone broth products for a couple of years and never had any problems. However, both the Lemongrass Ginger Beef and Beef Bone Broth that I purchased in January are terrible. The Beef Bone Broth had an awful taste, so I had to throw it away. I've been trying to drink the Lemongrass Bone Broth, but every time I heat it up, I find strange light brown colored things floating around in the broth. There is usually some sediment, and that's to be expected. However, this substance looks nothing like the sediment that is usually at the bottom of the broth. It's absolutely disgusting, and I find myself throwing away every cup that I've been making. I wish I could donate the broth to a food pantry, but I don't want to take the chance of making anyone sick. Sadly, I'll have to throw away all of the broth. I don't know if the problem is with the seller on Amazon or Kettle and Fire. I'm so disappointed, because it used to be my go-to bone broth.
