Best investment! Love smoking our food. We have been smoking our food several days a week since we bought this. There's tons of room. It's easy to figure out. The remote is convenient. I can check the temperature of the meat from inside my house with it. Super handy in the winter. No complaints here.

The general quality of the product has been reduced. It is still one of the better electric smokers in my opinion.The thermostat will not allow usage of the smoker in outside temperatures that are below freezing. Goodbye winter smoking. This can be fixed by bringing the temperature of the sensor up to above freezing to have the thermostat controls turn on the element.The plastic moulding surrounding the window is not sealed very well. During high heat or cold smoke situations, the seal listens and allows heat and smoke to escape through the door. Fix with black high temp silicone.The wood chip hopper is significantly smaller. Very disappointing Masterbuilt...... Are you trying to force us to purchase your cold smoke box so that we can have longer smokes?All that said. Would buy again. Without the window. Don't buy the model with the window. You can't see anything and it looses too much heat in the winter.

I love this smoker, however, I gave it three stars because it was not put together properly (I received it put together). The door latch needs adjusting, however, no way to adjust it. The holes for the latch were not place in the right place. Even though I’m still able to secure it, not sure how long it’s going to last. I delayed my review, because I don’t really like doing reviews, but hopefully they will fix the issue with the poorly built smoker.

I love this smoker! I even bought a scratch and dent door and then kept wondering if it would be a mistake and it wasn't. The door fit fine and everything else worked perfectly. I have made smoked pork, chicken, ribs and beef brisket. The ribs are our favorite in it. I still need skills doing brisket, but all is wonderful!

you don't have to worry about over cooking meets it comes out just right every time juicey and lots of flavor. just set temp. and time and let it go.

The smoker didn't come with a digital control. I asked for help and asked that Masterbuilt ship one, they stopped responding to inquiries. Reluctantly I bought one, the one I purchased has an error code that does not allow the smoker to work. The unit is junk and the customer service is even worse.

So easy to use. Was a hit with the smoked meats at thanksgiving and Christmas!
