A Game-Changer in Precision Cooking
Update 12/2023 - this really has become one of my favorite kitchen tools - possibly that I’ve ever owned. Very, very happy with it.Upon unboxing the Chef Robot, I was immediately struck by its solid build quality, making it feel like a premium product straight out of the package. Easy set up ... a lot to learn but easy to get started with the basics.I think this is being mis-marketed as a tool to help you cook. In my opinion it is actually a precision kitchen tool made for people who love to cook and want a quality tool to make life easier and to never have to worry about burning, scorching, or breaking a sauce/dish. Like my sous vide and combi-oven, this allows me to have complete control over temperature, time, and stirring, making otherwise intricate recipes a breeze. Being able to set the Chef Robot for specific tasks and then diverting my attention to other cooking aspects mirrors the convenience of sous vide cooking. Examples I've used it for include ghee, teriyaki sauce, flawless rice, slow-cooked beef for birria tacos, Sunday red gravy, caramel, etc. It is a delicate and accurate kitchen tool that really makes my life easier. There is a lot of focus on the "step-by-step" recipe function but I think that component could use some refining. It feels somewhat tedious and not as user-friendly as I'd hope. That being said, the real value isn’t in following recipes; it's in the precise and hands-off cooking that it offers. If they never solve the usability of the recipe bit I'd never miss it.Cleaning can be slightly challenging, especially when dealing with certain stains at the bottom and around the blade. While the "self-clean" option works for most tasks, a deep clean occasionally becomes necessary.Pricing is great. Cheaper than its competitors like the Thermomix but doesn't seem to be lacking anything for the price. Given my frequent usage and the quality of dishes I've been able to produce, I'd be willing to pay more -- I don't want to but it would be worth it.So I'm at about three months at the time of this review. I use it almost daily. Great build quality, wonderful addition to my cooking hobby, and adds fun in the kitchen including a funny little song it plays to let you know the cook is done. However, it's not without its imperfections. The app interface and customer service, likely due to its foreign origins, feel a bit outdated. I also have a few feature recommendations, like a timer that starts only when the pot heats up, a see-through pull-off lid for easy monitoring, and a redesigned cap with an oil drip hole for ease in making aiolis. All said, now that I have it I wouldn't want to be without. It's a tool that not only simplifies cooking but also elevates the quality of the dishes. Highly recommended for anyone seeking precision, convenience, and a dash of fun in their culinary endeavors.Very much good. Very much like. Super much recommend. :-)

Best kitchen purchase!
I bought this food processor as a gift for my wife and after we received it, my wife goes to use it every day and cooks a different dish every day and the recipes are free to use. My wife can't wait to share to her best friends. I am a kitchen novice and was curious that such a cooker could contain so many functions, such as mixing, whipping, kneading, steaming and so on. Once I tried to use it, it was not as difficult to operate as I thought, the advantage of it is that I can use the App to connect it, select the recipes you want to make on the phone, the machine will synchronize, I just need to follow the steps it has set, I chose to make Buns burger. Thankfully, the capacity of the pan is enough to put two people's worth of ingredients. After I was done, I used the auto-clean function and it washed very well. Its blades can be removed and the accessories are all dishwasher safe. For us as a couple, it really gives us more options for meals!

Garbage
App works only some of the time, without it you are limited to just a handful of recipes installed on the unit. It's big, bulky, expensive and doesn't do anything that other kitchen appliances and YouTube can't do.Update: website and connectivity up and running, so I made some of the recipes, the butter chicken was OK, not like the traditional version, it shreds the chicken up rather than cubes. The zucchini bites were not good, and finally the beef Bourguignon, it was a disgusting slop, it's like meat in a blender. This is a horrid machine and the worst kitchen appliance I have ever bought.

Add more alternatives to your kitchen!
Bring more possibilities to your kitchen!! Exactly what I expected. It's an all-in-one solution with a blender/food processor with a heating element. You could use your mixer/food processor to make bakeries. I can't stand so many different appliances on my counter or in the cabinets in order to cook regular foods. Waste of space. Drives me nuts!I can’t tell you how much I love to measure ingredients accurately and not have to guestimate each time. I love to experiment and be creative with my own recipes. Guided cooking isn’t an important feature for me personally, although impressive for what it does. If you are someone like me who likes to be creative in the kitchen, the Chefrobot app may not add the most value to you. However, If you're making foods for kids, it can play a bigger role, And this machine frees up your precious time; it never overcooks or undercooks, and I think the best thing it does is turn fresh cheap ingredients into gourmet meals with almost no effort (think: everything from lemon butter to Thai curries). For sure, if you’re a novice cook and are looking for some great inspiration and convenience, this might be a really attractive feature for you!

Terrible customer service when repairs needed
We bought this unit in October of 2023. It worked fine for about 5 months. When my wife went to use the hot water function the blender automatically came on after the water got hot and created pressure. It blew the lid off the bowl and splashed hot water burning my wife's face. I contacted Amazon and they were absolutely no help since it was beyond the 60 days. I contacted the distributor/ chef robot and they after asking what I wanted to do, to which I told them refund my money since the product is dangerous and my wife does not trust it anymore, failed any further communication attempts. Very unhappy with both Amazon and the chef robot company.
