Be prepared to clean the unit a lot!!
The humidifier works great and has an easy to use app. The problem is, it needs to be cleaned A LOT! I used filtered water in it and it still looked like fish tank scum inside. After multiple cleanings I was finally so grossed out I stopped using it.

Update. DREO REQUIRES YOUR LOCATION TO BE ON on your phone to use the app for using your own WIFI. JUST NO. I'm returning for the non-remote model. Great unit otherwise. Consistent mist. Simple to operate. Quiet. Improve my sleep more than anything else. I wake up hydrated. Buy non-wifi only. What person wants your precise GPS in a company's data base?

Arrived in short amount of time. Very easy to setup right out of the box, and linking up with the app is easy as well. Works well and is very, very quiet through the night. Easy to clean following every 100 hours of use. Youโll even receive a reminder via the app to clean the unit. An added benefit is refilling the unit from the top. The unit is small, easy to move from room to room if needed, but still does a good job in adding needed moisture to the room.
