ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 GA403UP 14.0" 3K 500nits 120Hz OLED Gaming Laptop (AMD Ryzen 9 270, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Graphics, 32GB RAM, 1TB PCIe SSD, RGB Backlit Keyboard, Windows 11)

Item delivered promptly as described. This is an exceptional laptop. Extremely powerful for its size and a good price. It has an excellent display and good build quality. Highly recommended.

This laptop has so much potential. But the quality control is utter garbage. For the past 7 months, I have got to know all of the ASUS repair team because the laptop would not stop crashing. It's gone through four SEPERATE repairs. I have still to see it work properly. Not to mention the repair and support teams have been useless with giving me information about the repairs or other solutions such as a repair or replacement. They keep insisting on doing repairs and wasting my time. This was meant to be my laptop for my university studies. Instead I'm sitting on my a**, waiting for my laptop to be repaired yet again. For the price ASUS charge for this laptop, the quality control is disgraceful. I would recommend purchasing this laptop if you like gambling. You don't know if it will work.

Great laptop. Thin, light and powerful. Good build quality and a lovely bright and vibrant oled screen. Battery life when not plugged in could be better but its a very powerful laptop so its not totally surprising.

Loved this computer while I had it, well-built, amazing screen, played anything I threw at it. Alas, it had a power delivery fault on the battery that meant it crashed each time I used it unplugged. So, I returned it through Amazon before the return policy was up. It might have been a fluke, hard to know. I suppose a hefty GPU will introduce those kinds of probabilities. Something to keep in mind.

Biggest failure of a product I’ve had in years. First impressions are excellent. Packaged very well and beautifully in this age of eco friendly minimal packaging. Screen is gorgeous. That’s where the plus points stopped. If you’re reading this, on an expensive gaming laptop then chances are high that you know your stuff. All I can say is that the quality control at ASUS is abysmal. I’ve come from a ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 10 which has been beaten by my usage but still as solid as the day it came out the box. This laptop within the first 2 hours made me fully doubt its longevity. Take a watch and listen to the video. Just 2 of the issues here… loose trackpad and annoying system fan which sounded like something was stuck in it and whined like it was struggling. Have researched deeper and this seems to be a common issue with these of which users just “make do”. If it wasn’t for these quality control issues it would be a fantastic laptop. But at this price point, it’s a complete failure. Thanking my lucky stars I bought it from Amazon and could return easily. If had been bought in a store… I’d be upset now. Would NOT recommend despite the hundreds of glowing YouTube reviews on this device.

Quick delivery, laptop is great and easy to use.

Item arrived dead and I could not get it to start up. It did not charge and battery seemed bloated. I don’t know if it was damaged in shipping but I am super disappointed

I have had computers from Win 95 onwards and this is the very worst. It crashes nearly everyday and asks for a bitlocker code which I then can't enter because something is wrong with the keyboard connection. Hate it. Think I will go back to my refurbished £300 or so Dell.
