Great Sleep
I have tried endless sleep aids, and nothing really did it for me. The stuff that did help left me exhausted throughout the day, but this product helped with my sleep, and my waking up feeling rested

Way better than melatonin
Takes awhile to kick in but it works great and I sleep through the night. No grogginess in the morning either. Pills are bitter and chalky, but they're small and go down easy.
