I have been using the Lifelong walking pad for the last 6 months, and it has been working smoothly without any issues. It is very easy to use, compact, and perfect for daily walking at home. The speed control is simple, and the machine runs quietly, which makes it convenient for use even in an apartment setting. It’s a good option for regular light workouts and maintaining daily step goals. The build quality is decent for the price, and so far, I have not faced any technical problems. It feels stable while walking and is easy to store when not in use. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a removable or attachable stand for the remote. Currently, there is no proper place to keep the remote safely while using the walking pad, and a dedicated stand would make it more convenient and user-friendly. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and its performance over the past 6 months.

It is made for home use. I am satisfied to buy one more unit possibly. Ease of use and fit: 5/5 It is not lightweight, however the whole package is designed to be easy enough to carry it in one hand. It should fit under sofas or beds that have a gap beneath them. A gap of 10 inches is more than sufficient. It has a metal arm of sort that stands up perpendicular to the walking pad. It is meant to hold on to while walking. This metal arm folds on the pad neatly. Functionality: 4.5/5 Walking is easy to start and stop via the small Bluetooth remote. Personally I would preferred a small set of buttons on the arm, but I can live with it. The P (program) mode is confusing as to how to navigate. It might just be me but I will explore some more. My issue with the P mode is that without knowing how to use this elderly people might find it troublesome or even dangerous. This is because it starts and goes to higher speeds quickly enough before one realizes. Some sort of a call out might be needed on the manual. The remote is a bit flimsy but does the job. There is a small helpful plastic tag inside it which can be used to push in after usage so as to help conserve its battery. Durability: 4.5/5 The steel arm is strong. The walking pad is sturdy so far and seems to hold up well. There is a cleaning requirement to the belt once in a while. I will try that and update the review then. Update after 18 months: - Still working great - One big drawback: if there is a power cut, then the belt will stop abruptly, which is very jarring. It could come to a slow stop, the experience would be excellent. - Attached a photo where I walked on it while watching a video from a laptop put on the holder. I was apprehensive but nothing happened even when I was on 3.2 speed. I don't recommend it for this use case, but based on this I'd say tablets would be best fit.

I am writing this review after using the treadmill for a full nine months, which gives me enough experience to comment on both the product and the support provided. Recently, I misplaced the remote control and contacted the company for assistance. To my surprise, they arranged for a replacement remote to be sent promptly, completely hassle-free and at no additional cost. In an era where customer service often falls short, this level of support is commendable. I am highly satisfied with both the product and the company's commitment to customer care. Thanks.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Product Quality and After-Sales Service I purchased this Lifelong Walking Pad with the expectation that it would last for several years. Unfortunately, the product stopped working just after one year of usage. After contacting Lifelong customer support, they asked for the model number and arranged a technician visit. The technician inspected the machine, charged a visiting fee, and informed us that a small internal belt had become damaged. He said the part would need to be ordered from the company. However, after waiting for the spare part, Lifelong informed us that the model has been discontinued and the required belt is no longer available. Their solution was either to purchase a new machine or get it repaired from outside. It is extremely disappointing that a walking pad costing thousands of rupees becomes unusable after just one year because of a small internal part that the company no longer stocks. A product should not become scrap simply because a basic spare part is unavailable. The warranty expired in February 2026, but that does not justify the absence of spare parts for a product that is barely one year old. Customers invest in fitness equipment expecting durability and support. My experience has been: • Product failed within one year. • Paid technician visit charges. • Spare part unavailable. • No repair support from the company. • Advised to buy a new product instead. I would strongly advise potential buyers to consider the availability of spare parts and after-sales service before purchasing this product. A fitness machine should last for several years, not just one.

Very good Walkpad. We got it for 6700/- in Great Indian Sale with SBI Debit card 10% back offer. It's working very fine. Machine noise is very minimal. At Speed of 5 KMPH for 25 to 30 minutes is very sufficient workout, where this Brushed motor also don't heat very much and you also get good level of sweat. There is one Hydraulic on Right side, it is also very strong. As per call with Lifelong customer care, After warranty, they said they charge ₹885/- for their repair person to come home, and ₹1200/- for belt replacement. These rates are very low as compared to Sparnod and PowerMax fitness walkpads. Sparnod charges ₹1600/- Just for person to come home and PowerMax fitness charges ₹3000/- for belt replacement and ₹750/- for person to come home. (Every repaires and replacement is free under warranty) Work modes aren't very useful. And be CAUTIOUS when Electricity goes off, the Walkpad belt STOPS ON THE SPOT. So, always keep one handle on handle bar, never leave it. Walkpad is Working very fine. Thank You. 🙏😌.

Its pretty decent, you get what you pay for. I do feel it not being as sturdy but itll work as long as you arent too overweight.
