I've used this for over a month now. It helps heartburn, bloating, gas, and unexpectedly, with slow digestion. I had been using papaya enzymes. My original selection wasn't available anymore. I switched and the new one wasn't that great, so I decided to try this. Directions say 2 capsules BEFORE each meal. I'd suggest starting with one. I noticed an improvement within a couple days, although periodically I'd get a little bit of heartburn between meals. That appears to have stopped. What I wasn't expecting was an impact on how often you poop. It's frequently. Not diarrhea, no cramping, but not normal regular, frequently regular. So I'm dialing back to one capsule with each meal and hopefully that will be a more average regular. It does seem like my digestive tract is lighter and cleaned out, it actually feels smaller. Be sure to stay hydrated. And don't ignore your body indicating you should go to the bathroom, because things will be different.

I’ve been taking these for about 3 months now. I’ve struggled with some “unknown”, “unexplainable” reasons for enlarged stomach area. I have only 1/2 a thyroid so partly I think/know it’s a metabolism issue but in the world of doctors, they shrug. In combination with some other things (walking, biking, more water intake), these pills have made a big impact. Every time I would eat dinner before these pills, I would barely even eat many bites before I felt not great. Bloated, frustrated… I wasn’t eating a lot, certainly not enough to warrant such a body reaction. Taking these before meals has really helped cancel that feeling. About to order my 3rd bottle. I’ve taken a lot of different prebiotics/probiotics even postbiotics over the years but this particular combo of the pre, pro and digestive enzyme has been helpful. There are no miracles in bottles, but this has been a good fit for me.
