Blue Buffalo Life Protection Formula Chicken Puppy Dry Dog Food, 30 lb

We have an eight-month-old German Shepherd puppy, and finding a puppy food that agreed with his stomach took a little trial and error. We tried a couple of other puppy foods before this one, but unfortunately they just did not work well for him. Blue Buffalo Life Protection Formula Puppy Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe has been a completely different experience. He absolutely loves the taste and gets excited about his meals, but even more importantly for us, it has been very gentle on his stomach. We have not had the digestive upset with this food that we experienced with some of the others we tried. I also like that this is specifically formulated for puppies, so we can feed him something intended for this important stage while he is still growing. The kibble is a manageable size for him, and he has had no trouble eating it. When you finally find a food that your puppy enjoys and that agrees with his stomach, you really don’t want to mess with a good thing! We have been very happy with this food and will definitely continue purchasing it.

My puppy loves this food. I don’t know what’s in it but she enjoys it. I had to change my adult dogs food to blue Buffalo because he likes it as well. He started stealing the puppies food. Lol

nutritious and dependable food for their growing puppy. The chicken and brown rice recipe feels like a wholesome, balanced option for supporting healthy growth, energy, and daily wellness, while the dry kibble format makes it convenient for regular feeding. It’s a practical choice for building a solid nutrition routine during the puppy stage, and the overall formula feels well-suited for everyday use. Overall, it’s a high-quality, trustworthy dog food that offers great value and peace of mind.

Good dog food for an elderly Dane who needs higher protein to keep his weight up.

Our puppy loves this food! It was a great deal to purchase the larger quantity so it lasts a long time, if you have storage for it!

Good food for growing puppies.. I just don’t like that the 15 lb bag isn’t resealable like the 5lb bags… other than that my Yorkie puppy loves it.. her coat is so shiny

The ingredients are genuinely wholesome — no fillers or by‑products — and I love that it includes DHA and ARA to support healthy brain and eye development. My puppy’s coat is shinier, his energy is fantastic, and his digestion has been consistently smooth. The chicken and brown rice recipe even smells fresh and appetizing, and my puppy gets excited the moment I open the bag. The small kibble size is perfect for him, making mealtime easy and enjoyable. You can really tell this food is crafted with care and high‑quality ingredients. If you’re searching for a reliable, well‑balanced puppy food that supports growth and overall health, this one is absolutely worth it. It’s gentle on sensitive stomachs and delivers visible results — a happy, thriving puppy.
