Great flavor. Makes everything taste good.
My first Dutch oven. Why did I wait so long to get one. Versatile great for stews, soups, roasts Makes me a better cook. Cleans well too. Only negative it is heavy. Especially when full. But believe me it doesn’t stay full very long.

Don’t buy a Le Creust, buy this instead
Great piece of equipment. It’s usually super easy to clean except for one time I used yogurt to marinate for some chicken and then tried searing it. I used some ceramic/porcelain cleaner and it came off with no effort, but using the traditional soap and sponge did nothing. I almost always use it to cook on the stove then in the oven. I use only wood utensils with this one and have not experienced a crack or scratch yet. I oil the exposed areas once every few uses and haven’t seen any rust. The only concern I have is where the knob is, water seems to stay trapped in its workings. I know this because I place the lid upside down in the pot to store it (they provide little rubber spacers to prevent the lid from being scratched when placed upside down in the pot, but also to provide circulation so that no bare metal is touching while in storage preventing rust) and have seen dried water in the middle of the pot. All in all, I certainly would buy another one as a Christmas or birthday present for someone who appreciates cookware.

Delicious Beef Stew
Just used it for my first beef stew. It browned the meat beautifully and didn’t burn the bottom. Easy to handle to place in oven and easily cleaned up in sink. For the price, and my first Dutch oven, it is a great pot. If I use it often enough, maybe one day I’ll splurge $400 on a le Creuset. I just don’t see the need to spend that much when this Dutch oven does the job.

Value wise hard to beat
Have to say, I am very happy with this purchase. Warms up quickly and I get good results. It ain't French, but value wise it's hard to beat. It is a very large and heavy pot, so bear this in mind if you have to move it around the kitchen.

Good quality pan
I spent a long time looking for the perfect large pan for baking bread, and it seems I made the right choice. I already own pans from Le Creuset and Staub, and at first glance, this one is just as good. Time will tell how it holds up. Today, I decided to make soup in it, and it turned out delicious. Next up—bread baking!
