Good bonding knife
Great little boning knife, especially at the price. Shaving sharp out of the box, but with a fairly robust feeling blade. Easy to get in between bones and take meat off. Handle is nice and grippy. Probably wouldnโt be very good for other use (eg vegetables), but I have other knives for thatโฆ

Cuts meat Won't cut a bullet in half mid flight
Super sharp out the box. I was a little skeptical about the handle. Most of my knives have wooden ones. I used it to trim up a pork shoulder and brisket. Performed well and felt good in my hand. I think I have found my new go to knife brand. I am not a pro chef or uppity hime cook. Might be cool to have a knife hand forged by samurai with German steel. I just want something that gets the job done. Great value.
