I been using this for almost a year nowWorks perfectly for me though I had a 3500 lumens protector before I use that one on eco mode which omitted 2500 lumen so brightness wise this one isn't disappointing in fact the led light seems brighter. I've watched movies on a cloudy day with just one set of curtains drawn. The dark scenes are viewable , obviously in a completely darker room the experience is better. Having said that I also add that night time viewing I have a side table lamp with shade burning and picture quality isn't hampered.When sky TV is connected via HDMI the picture is WOW! You should have hd enable sky.I also use the USB port to watch things off my pc and haven't ever had any problems with it . Works like a charm.Yes the rest of the downloaded apps may be unheard of but I doesn't matter as long as I can use the YouTube that's there and oh Netflix works great.I connect my bose speakers and a movie night is better than the cinema!!!.In a nut shell am very happy with my purchase.I was going for the newer version but it was out of my budgetPs I've not had any internet connection problems ever maybe my WiFi connection is strong .Hope this helps.ill post some pictures laterAll said and done each to his/her own.Thanks.Update .It's over a year and a half now .Bit gutted as the viewing of the in built apps keep tripping out , in other words whenever i try to get out of TV mode and watch YouTube or Netflix or anything from a USB stick it keeps tripping out tried resetting but nothing workes. So except for watching TV through it there is nothing else viewable . Quite disappointed now!!!

Apologies for late review - small, compact and well built bit of kit. However the remote control is tricky to use, I've tried using the app on my phone and it quite often looses connection. The projector can only be used late in the evening or in a dark room as you are unable to see the image it projects. I do find this item frustrating to use and you must have a very strong internet connection otherwise it simply won't work. I had high hopes for this device, but unfortunately I've yet to see a film the whole way through. The apps. - The pre loaded ones are limited and the additional ones on offer are mostly unheard of. I will try to use it again in the summer for an outdoor cinema and see if any updates have improved the ease of use. This product really needs a better remote one that holds a charge with a display or an app that works. Sorry for the negative review but you want feedback to improve the quality of your product
