UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me about the problem I was having with the scratches on the plastic dome. I was advised to clean the dome with a soft cloth to prevent scratches. The scratches are small and minor, but still effect the night vision quite alot. The 2 attached pictures show the "foggy" night vision image with the small scratches on the plastic dome. I only replaced the plastic dome and the night vison images are very clear now. I will only clean spider webs from the dome with a soft cloth instead of a broom. Customer service was great to reach out and help fix the issue. I have updated my review to 5 stars for this product. Wide angle is great to see more area in a smaller space. Images are clean night and day. -------—------------------------ The plastic dome easily gets scratches when cleaning cob webs from the front. The scratches then reflect the IR light off the dome and cause alot of glare. Night vision is very poor due to the IR reflected glare.

Great cameras. I have added these to my existing Zosi camera system. I have both Poe and wired BNC connector systems. The cameras have a good image that is nice and wide. The day and night images are great. I love that I was able to integrate them into my existing system very easily. Also the company has Great customer service. Quick reply and quick solutions.

Great wide angle view during the day but at night when the IR is on, there is scratches around the edge of the view and makes a little blurry. Must be the plastic dome and I cleaned it with Windex and paper towels before putting it back and helped a little. Overall is a great camera and plug and play to my system. Still a good upgrade in comparison to a regular narrow view camera.

Great resolution for daytime. Security cover is very sensitive and affects night view. Ours had some dings and vision is poor at night. We could not get super for this due to firewall not allow us to send email to vendor .. UPDATE: Shenzhen support reached out to assist and will replace the unit. Upgrading to 5 stars as their support is making great efforts to resolve this issue directly. Thank you!! Again, my bad accidentally putting nicks on the security cover during installation

Item showed up used… there was silicone around the base where you can tell someone mounted it before. However, nothing is actually wrong with the camera…. Only giving 3 stars cause the camera should have never made it back in circulation.

Bought this camera for the night vision camera does not work at all at night it is blurry I would I wouldn't buy another camera like this

Excellent Camera, Very good quality and works well. I do recommend this for Carports, Patios, Decks, and much more. This is a wired camera and has 4 Modes. The manual tells you how to set it up and it is easy. It remembers the memory from your programming in the case of a power outage.

Works but video quality is bad, I wouldn’t buy again. Tried different settings and different screens ect it’s just not good enough. Might be ok for an experiment or something
