Is the product safe to use when it gets warm?

Slight warming during wireless charging is normal, especially under heavy use. The product meets international safety standards to ensure safe use.

Why my power bank provide fewer charges than expect?

External batteries typically supply 60%-70% power to devices, with 30%-40% lost to heat and voltage conversion. So a fully charged INIU 10000mAh power bank can offer an estimated 6000 mAh-7000mAh to your devices.

How to calculate the possible number of charges?

Industry-standard formula: (Power bank capacity × 65%) ÷ Device battery capacity ≈ Number of Charges. eg. (10000mAh power bank × 0.65) ÷ 3279mAh iPhone 14 battery ≈ 1.9 charges

Can I use wired and wireless charging functions simultaneously?

Yes, you need to press the button to enable wireless charging during wired charging.

Does it support pass-through charging?

Yes, our power bank supports pass-through charging. You can charge both the power bank and connected devices simultaneously.
