Energy increase was insane and I feel so wonderful and im lifting 20 pounds more on all my lifts with energy all day. The first day I had so much energy it felt like I had 6 cups of coffee. Then it evened out but I was performing as I would have in my early 20s. Erections were similar to when I was in my 20s as well. The downside for me is that it raised my blood pressure to 143 over 96 which is really bad despite taking blood pressure meds. And I've noticed some hair loss. The benefits are beyond amazing but the blood pressure makes me feel sad because I may need to stop the supplement. If you have high blood pressure, make sure to monitor as you take it.
