PROCESS On receipt of your order and personalising details our design team will begin to arrange the templates, once complete you will receive a proof copy of your invites for approval before printing commences, the time scale for completion is around 2 working days after receiving approval (Mon-Fri). P&P Items are well packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class post. Royal Mail asks to allow 1-3 working days for delivery once dispatched. RETURNS Personalised goods are only returnable if an error is found where Joeby Design is responsible, in the unlikely event of your items containing an error please contact me as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement. Lovely invites. The seller did exactly as we asked. We wanted these as we were able to do some personalisation of our own too, and added some little purple crystals and flowers to the card. They were perfect, and the cards were lovely quality. Would recommend.
