*Original 1 star review* I've charged my macbook MAYBE 5 times since I got this charger a couple of months ago, and now it doesn't charge anymore! It plugs in and the little light lights up green, but never orange... as my laptop dies from not having any charge. Unbelievable. I've had my macbook for years (obviously) as well as the original charging cord; the original charging cord was no longer pristinely white hence buying a new one. Absolutely baffled as to why it stopped working, it seemed durable, and worth the price, APPARENTLY NOT! *Updated 5 star review* Customer support is incredible. They reached out shortly after I posted my review, and sent me a brand new charger free of charge. I didn't reach out to them first before writing a review because it had already been several months since purchasing the charger, so I knew they didn't have any obligation to relair/replace the charger. I am blown away that they replaced the charger. I would definitely recommend this charger to anyone, and everyone who needs an old MacBook charger because 1, the tabs that the cord wraps around + the little attachment that hooks the end of the cord to the cord already wrapped around and 2, the company values their customers. Will absolutely buy again if/when I need to replace the replacement charger.

Lasted a few months shy of 2 years and then the part that plugs into the wall fell apart. Although I don’t use it daily, it’s used on an old MacBook (11+ years old) that loses power quickly so it’s had some decent use. No weird noises, but can get quite hot at the end that goes into your laptop. Overall, it’s been a pretty decent purchase and lasted well considering the price. I could probably replace the one part that broke, so it may lasted much longer than 2 years. But 2 years before any wear/breaking.

Seriously, the best price for a charger that has been working great for two months now. It charges very quickly and does not get overheated or hot. It’s a very good quality charger. Most importantly, it was exactly what I needed for my MacBook.
