Since I have a track Pilates system already, I wanted this bar to maximize the moves I can do. Works well.

It smells like/has latex, so beware if you have an allergy. And the bands give an extreme amount of resistance. I bought this to replace a cheaper Pilates bar that I had, that gave an appropriate amount of resistance. But when I try to push this one over my head, I could barely make it for 2 reps. I just got it, so I don't know if I need to stretch it out more, or if it would just be better suited for floor work, and not as many standing exercises. It is a good, quality product and well made, but those are the issues.

Well worth the money

it works well, can add resistance by twisting it around. only thing is the plastic fasteners at the end fly out when using if you don't adjust them periodically so just make sure you do that. 2 year update: it finally happened. Idk how but today one of the fasteners broke a little. One of the little things where the little knob locks in. I’m googling frantically to see if there is a replacement I can buy. They should really make them out of steel or even wood would be better than this nonsense.

I recently bought this Pilate bar and it's an awesome product. The quality materials and weight is exactly what I've been looking for.

I’ve purchased two of these. I ordered the first as a gift but it was delivered in the original box without an outer box, and arrived in terrible condition. It looked like it had been returned once but the contents were good, other than some Indentations on the foam. I kept this one for myself and ordered another hoping the box would be more giftable, but it arrived in worse shape, and there were also indentations on the foam. I ended up taking it out of the box to put in a gift bag. As for the bar, I like this one because of the clips that enable it to be simply rolled for more tension. It’s simpler than changing out cords. And I like the material of the cords. I also like that it’s held together in the middle by the buttons versus screw together, which tends to unwind itself in my experience. It’s also wide enough I can secure it behind single bed frame legs for more versatility. I’ve found myself in much less pain after using this just a few days for strengthening. I paired with the Flexies Pilates bar exercise cards.

Easy to use and helpful for your body training and also very easy to take with you wherever you go!

Sin duda es un aparato versátil y útil para ejercitarse en casa. La calidad del producto es bastante buena, en especial las ligas de resistencia ya que no son las típicas de plástico estas son distintas y por ello se ven duraderas. La guia que incluye con ejercicios es bastante básica, recomiendo buscar videos en youtube.
