BUNKER INDUST 180 Degree Awning Free Standing, Vehicle Overland Awning Built-in LED Light - Three Colors, Car Driver Passenger Side, Waterproof Wind Resistant for SUV Van Truck Camper

This canopy meets all specified requirements. It is straightforward to install, deploy, and store, while the integrated lighting provides sufficient illumination for the coverage area. I highly recommend this product.

Functionally, I love this thing. It's quick to set up and take down, provides a lot of shade, is free-standing, and even has LEDs built into the support arms. For $500 it's tough to pass up. That said, getting it installed on my vehicle irked me (hence the 4 stars) and here's why; One of the brackets I received was missing the two holes that allow you to secure the bottom of the L bracket to the awning assembly, and required me to measure and drill them myself. Annoying, because it added unnecessary time and effort to the project, as well as a potential future failure point due to rust. I spray-painted the holes I drilled to the best of my abilities, but we'll see how well that holds up with time. Now granted, I could have reached out to customer service and asked for a new set of brackets, but you and I both know the sort of folks that buy this kind of product are not going to wait another week+ for a replacement bracket when the alternative is an extra 15 minutes spent with a measuring tape, marker, and drill press.. Overall it's a decent product, just be wary that their QC seems to be...nonexistent. If you buy one, look it over thoroughly after you receive it.

Almost one month in so far. Its been worth the money. Saved me from the SC summer sun working out of my 94 XJ. I do mobile marine repair. This awning is fast to set up and take down. So far its been great.

So bought this a while back and on my 3rd use of it the and the sewed part for the straps ripped off about a week ago. I thought the price was fair but obviously i ge what i paid for? But i would second guess on buying this product. I thought i walls more durable.

Absolutely amazing. Very sturdy and great coverage. Top tier!

Bigger than expected, but... no option to purchase walls or poles at the moment. And plug in for lights at awkward location.

Really liked the awning and installed on a camper van, easy to deploy and store for traveling.

This awning has been great for us so far. Comparatively good value based on other similar products on the market. Mounting hardware is of high quality. Though I did have to buy different mounts for my specific roof rack, the provided brackets seem very sturdy and would likely fit the majority of installs. Installation was straight forward, definitely recommend having a helping hand. I did mine with straps and bungies to keep it in place while I bolted it up without much trouble. The hardware, frame and canvas seem sturdy and reliable for a long time, flex and bow are pretty minimal without extra support for just quick pop out use. My only issues so far have been: - There were some small wear marks already on the cover when I received it, like it had been rubbed and frayed. I am a little concerned that long term these may develop into holes. I reached out to the manufacturer for info on ordering a spare cover just in case and got no response. - The lights are not very bright. I understand this is made for camping and honestly the brightness is often where I'd like it for the campsite BUT I would love the option to make them brighter when needed, they just don't get there. - This thing really benefits from a set of poles to support it. I wish some had been provided; I ordered a couple of sets that work OK with it but some that are built specifically for this seem like a minor thing to include that would go a long way.
