HOMREST 6-Point Massage Executive Chair,Heat Office Chair,Ergonomic Home Office Desk Chairs with Retractable Footrest and Reclining Function,Leather Computer Chair with Adjustable Armrest(‌SlateGray‌)

chair is fine! cant register for 1yr warranty with the Email in booklet! its a phony wont work. no customer service phone number either WTF

I loved this chair in the beginning, best chair i have had in a while. So comfortable and nice. But first the arm broke and wouldn't stay up. Then the chair bottom completely broke. It stays back and cant even get it to sit up. Neither the less I was in it when it broke. I have only had the chair for 7 months.

Very happy with this chair, used in a dorm room everyday.

The 6 Point massage Executive Chair conforms to your body well. The heat and massager are nice. However, upon assembly, when sitting, the foot rest has a tendency to slide forward all the time. No lock in place to keep it from sliding forward. The chair is just as comfortable without the foot rest. I removed the foot rest with no problem. The chair is easy assembly, height and size are good.

Great chair and great customer service! I lost two of the screws and I reached out to the seller for a replacement. They responded quickly and resolved my issue. I really like the chair; it's an upgrade from my pandemic gaming chair. The heat is the best feature and I like that I can recline to take a break. It would've been nice if there was a pocket to hold the remote. I velcro'd it to the side arm when it's not in use. The chair is nice and wide and the arm rests are height adjustable. Standard office chair installation; no extra screws. I did like that they gave you a tool that made assembly quicker vs the allen wrench that is usually sent. I would prefer a little more cushion on the seat, but that's nothing I pillow can't fix. Overall, great chair. I hope it holds up for a few years.

Have had this chair two weeks and the heat and massage stopped working. The seat also sits to far back and doesn’t let you adjust forward so you can lean closer or sit higher up. It’s sucks for the amount of money I paid.

The piece that the seat snaps into the post and wheels snapped and I can no longer sit in the chair without tipping over completely. While this chair price was great the actual quality was not. Every other office chair I have ever had has lasted years and this one, within a year is not even usable now.

One of my best purchases. Comfortable, heats and massages. Would defintely buy this again.
