Tweaked my arm pretty bad a month or so ago and apparently developed shoulder impingement syndrome. Discovered the miracle of KT-Tape upon doing an internet search of the pain symptoms I was experiencing 2-3 weeks ago. Had been using KT-Tape because it worked great for isolating the particular tendon, but despite how strong it went on it quickly started coming off in the shower or when any wet liquid was applied (sweat included). I even shaved my arm and wiped it down with alcohol before each application... it just wouldn't stick. Not seeing any other good option in my local stores I went online to Amazon and quickly found this tape. I do not often write reviews for my numerous of purchases on Amazon, but I just had to with this product.It holds. The edges have stayed adhered to the skin on my arm for 2 days now. No fraying of the edges as I use my arm to reach for things in my pocket or if I perform any activity where my arm might brush against something. No waking up in the morning to find half the tape on my arm already peeled off. It is softer feeling (like satin or silk) than KT-Tape and adheres very nicely for me at least, still performing the same preparation of my arm as I did with the KT-Tape. The only con would be that if you need to really get a good stretch on this tape it will do it BUT the sides of the tape can curl up a little bit... However, despite this the tape maintains the hold and the edges have not progressed passed the initial curl that occurred when I applied the tape initially.I am impressed and would recommend anyone to try this tape if they are having issues with KT-Tape brand.

Arrived on time. Took advantage of the videos about how to correctly apply the tape, and bonus: it works! Watching the videos was helpful because there are nuances to successful waterproof application

This product works great as long as you dont have sensitive skin. I read the review and took the chance anyway. I was super stocked that it's made in the US so I wanted it to work.I needed it for my wrist and hoped it would work out. It arrived fast and I put it on as soon as I got it. It cuts nicely and the guide lines on the inside are super helpful. I rounded the edges at the ends to keep fraying from happening and it worked. The adhesive is nice and strong and it lasted two days the first time.I did feel a warm sensation under the tape but the relief was so nice I didn't care. Once the tape was off I noticed the blisters and man did they itch! Unfortunately I am allergic to the adhesive. I am so very disappointed since the tape is wonderful at giving relief of pain.Although it doesn't work for me because of the adhesive, I would recommend this product 100%. It did relieve pain and swelling. I give great props to the company and Amazon, I returned them with with no issue (2 unused rolls and the 3rd was only missing 3 inches).Completely recommend for anyone that needs muscle or tendon relief.** if you have skin sensitivity then this or any other tapes are not for you

Hands down the WORST tape I have ever purchased. I have HDS and tape my joints several times a week to help with sports. I bought this specifically for swimming and was very excited. The tape did not even last 2 hours of my 6 hour swim. It came off super easily and was not sticky in the slightest. One piece even fell off in the water without me touching it. It is definitely NOT waterproof. Horrible product do not waste your money. I bought 2 boxes and I am very disappointed

Works great stretches enough but not too much! Really is waterproof and stays on til you take it off. I used it on my foot for plantar fasciitis/heel spur and could tell when I didn’t use it.

The tape does not stick. Followed the video instructions and it comes off within an hour.

I’ve tried 3 different brands so far, and this Mighty-X tape is my favorite - I only wish it came in more colors!!!I love the feel of the fabric, it’s a smooth & soft synthetic fabric that feels high quality. It doesn’t fray at the cut edges, even when cut lengthwise, and still looks the same after 3 or more days.(The pic is after 4 days & multiple showers - it looks just like it did when I first applied it!)It’s comfortable & has never irritated my skin. The adhesive comes off cleanly. I read that it comes w/ a slight stretch to it already, so I don’t stretch it too much when I’m putting it on. I love that it comes in a roll I can cut myself - I’m petite & have narrow wrists, so this saves me $ vs. the pre-cut strips.I usually remove it after 2-3 days so I can wear a different color combination, but I get the feeling it would stay on longer if I left it in place.I mostly use it on my wrists, and have taken to wearing it everyday. I work w/ my hands, and used to suffer from near-constant wrist pain.I used to wear copper compression sleeves for my wrist pain, but now I just use the tape, and when I’m working & want extra protection I’ll wear the braces over it.I definitely recommend this brand for people who want a good quality kino-tape (@ a great price too!). This is the one I will continue to buy -PLEASE MAKE MORE COLORS!!!! 😁
