It really works!! My Dogs Breath is so much better. I HIGHLY Recommend!!

I started using this for my 8-year-old medium mix breed dog. I add it to her water when I wash and refill her bowl. I just keep it under the sink. We also brush her teeth or use brushless toothpaste sporadically and give her VOC-approved dental chews often. Her veterinarians always says her teeth are in excellent condition and at our last visit the vet was very surprised when I said she's never had a professional cleaning. We do plan to have her teeth cleaned soon. So, I don't know for sure if this product is making a difference, but I use it as part of my dog's health teeth routine. I am very happy her teeth are in great condition and we have no issues with bad breath. My dog never seems to notice a taste and drinks her water fine. I recommend this product to others. Actually, before I used this product myself, I recommended it to my mom for her elderly dog, and I did notice that adding this to the water improved the smell of the dog's breath. I remove 1 star because the bottle is poor quality. The pump seems to have a crack because every time I dispense some product, it would leak everywhere, all over the bottle. It's sticky and slippery and hard to clean up. I ultimately had to buy a new bottle with a pump to use instead. It's not ideal because the product is measured in pumps, but based on my testing the amount dispensed from the new bottle is very close to the recommendation. The bottle I bought is from Daiso and it's much better quality so far.

Tasteless, colorless...perfect for my dog! Really like the pump top, no more measuring.

Been using over a year now. Dogs love it.

We started using this a year ago when our vet recommended it - he said our cat could use a teeth cleaning, but at her age this was safer. A year later at her next checkup, her teeth weren’t any better… but at least they weren’t worse? Besides the questionable efficacy, nearly every bottle we’ve used has leaked from the top of the pump.

It WORKS! I have a 14yo Chihuahua and a 10 year old cat, both of which tend to have stinky breath from time to time. Not like rotten smelling, just a lil stinky. Adding this to their water has made a huge difference for both of them, but especially my Chihuahua. I think she finds me incredibly boring or intolerable and often yawns right in my face and with Oratene in her water, it don't even mind it, breath smells fresh. Not like a minty cover up smell, is just a neutral, normal breath like they had when they were younger. This one is a keeper on auto-ship. The pump does tend to leaka bit, but I just give a quick shake or two after their two pumps and that takes care of any leakage.
