No it doesn't have a timer. Its a good dehumidifier, I've had one for a year and have had no problems. When the tank is full a red light on top of the machine flashes and it automatically shuts off. We live in a 3 bedroom bungalow and in winter our windows would be running with condensation but since using this we have not had a problem.

Q: Can you easily change between using the permanent drain and the internal tank ?

There is a cap that you remove on the back of the unit , you then find a pipe of the correct diameter to fit over the outlet tube and the length you require for where you want to drain it to and just fit it through the back of the unit onto the outlet pipe which normally drips into the catch/internal tank , I hope this helps , it's very easy as you will see if you get the unit , I've had this for about a year now and have been very pleased with how it performs

Q: Both my wdh-210h has stopped working for no reason. they are both in perfect condition and haven´t been exposed to shocks. is there anything i can do?

I had a problem with a dehumidifier (same make different model). Inside is an air speed sensor (it was covered in cat fur!) cleaned that problem fixed. To dismantle, lift handle 45degrees and carefully bend outwardsto release the pegs, remove the screws remove cover, clean, put back together. Good luck Geoffk
