All received well. One thing I would like to ask if there some type of mix up in labeling. The browntop millet is highest in fiber about 12.5%. I purchased browntop and barnyard and according to nutritional facts on the labels barnyard millet has 50% more fiber (2 g in 15 g serving) than browntop (1 g in 15 g serving). Can you clarify.?

Highly recommended.
Quality millet is difficult to find, and I believe it to be a highly nutritional alternative to rice or couscous. Rinsed well before cooking. Very easy to prepare, seemed like a good value for the price. Nice flavor, even my husband loved it. I prepared it as a stuffing to butternut squash. This adds another quality organic item to my kitchen inventory of healthy ingredients I feel confident serving my family. (I suggest keeping the cooking instructions that are on a separate bag.)

Tips for Type 2 Diabetics from a T2 Diabetic - not medical advice.
One of three types of millet I am trying to manage T2 diabetes and high cholesterol. This is really good. Just make sure you soak it prior to cooking. Low glycemic index! No sugar spikes for me!

Versatile product, lots of recipes available!
Even though its not indicated on package, husband was advised to soak overnight jn water, then rinse, then cook. He does find his constitution to be improved. He eats about 1/2 cup cooked millet dally.
