Love this brush!! I use it while making art with colored pencils and sketching with graphite pencils. It is perfect for brushing away eraser and blending crumbs. The bristles are soft and do not shed. The handle is made of nice wood and has a hole for hanging. It came with a nice eraser and a stencil tool. I feel that if I take care of this brush it will last me many years.

I love this set. The drafting brush is thick, good quality and easy to use. The size is comparable to others I have used, with good functionality for sweeping away eraser crumbs. I have noticed no shedding. Although I bought it primarily for the drafting brush, I have found the other accessories in the set, the eraser and protector for targeting erasure, to be valuable additions to my equipment. I am pleased with my purchase.

I was so tired of all the eraser scraps left over on my drawings and sometimes when wiping them off you can leave smears from your hands and the pencil still on the page. This very soft brush is the perfect choice to remove the scraps without causing any streaking or other blemishes. The eraser and stencil are just an added bonus. I highly recommend this kit. Great price and great products.

this was very important for my drafting class for interior design. the eraser is not good quality at all but you can kinda tell from the pictures anyways. the brush on the other hand was great for brushing off the eraser bits and pencil shavings without smudging my drawings like my hand would. the eraser guard is equally as, if not more important for getting rid of barely visible lines to make a drawing more clean.

Something else I was recommended to get for the woodworking class. The best eraser I ever used, no smudges just clean paper.

Needed a brush to scoot eraser bits off calligraphy lines without smearing my hand across the finished product. I'm new to this so wasn't ready to plunk down $20-30. This looked a nice size at a good price. The wood is nice and sturdy, horse hair is soft. The brush does like to shed more than the initial shake-down. It will just add to the cat hair from my ever present assistant kitty. :-) The eraser is pretty soft, thought it was the kneadable kinds at first. Not entirely sure what the metal thing is for? Says Erasing Shield, but the holes make it seem like a stencil? Maybe it's a subtractive template. Overall a good purchase.
