Best purchase ive made in a long while
This thing is fantastic. Its light and all i had to do was put the legs on it and wheel it outside. Bag is super durable and it cuts fine enough i dont have to stop every twonsecobds to dump it. Plus it velcros to the legs quick afywr you hang it so it stay in place. Best thing is its got these dense rubber strips over the feed chute. It swlf feeds but if it tries to kick it cant get fae cause the strips of rubber are too dense and slow it. No gettin a switch to the face. Plus no blow back or dusting. Its easy to open too. One screw thats long that has a big orange knob to hand turn and you can flip the entire top open to clean it out. Id forced a bunch of bent thin limbs in it and blocked the chute from dumping so thats on me but was bappy it was so easy to clean. Blade is durable and sharp. Plys ita got a limitorque or something that saves you from your own stupidity. I had a big piece and was trying to cram it. It jammed and it shut itself off. Didnt trip the gfci on my power strip or outlet. It shut itself off when it drew too many amps on that jam to prevent damaging itself. Ibremoved the piece and it started up without having to reset a thing.. Best purchase ive made in ages. Just shutup and buy it. Its cheap but it works better than models twice its price.

Stay away from this trash
It worked on time, but now it clogs and stops shredding for the smallest branches, less than a 1/4 inch. I am going to return. Stay away from this trash

Works great in smaller limbs. Recommended.
I have had it for a year now and it works great. I use it about 3 or 4 times a year to chip less than an inch diameter tree limbs. Saved a few dollars by making my own mulch too. Fairly sturdy and hasn’t failed me yet. I would recommend.

Works Great For My Purposes
Satisfaction with this woodchipper will depend greatly on expectation management. If you are looking to chip large limbs, this is not going to work, and you are not going to be happy. If you want to chip branches slightly bigger than your thumb, you will probably not be disappointed. I saw reviews that said this was load. I think that is pretty funny because you are chipping wood down to mulch; how quiet do you expect it to be? I would equate it to a blender with ice cubes. I was able to cut down a pretty sizeable branch pile in a couple of hours. I fed one or two branches at a time, depending on size. Start small and feed slightly bigger branches and you will be able to tell when you are at the limits of the machine. Once you establish that, it goes pretty fast. It helps to break off offshoots and feed in branches that are as straight as possible. Really that is because it is hard to get branches with a lot of offshoots through the feeder. This chipper is small enough that storage isn't a problem. I didn't try to use the included bag, because it is small and seemed like it was more trouble than it was worth. I just stuck a bin to catch the chips and that worked great. For the price and size of this chipper, I definitely recommend.

Twigs to mulch
This wood chipper is a dedicated for processing small limbs and twigs, turning yard debris into clean mulch with impressive efficiency. However, it’s a specialized tool rather than an all-purpose recycler; don't expect it to handle soft materials like grass, leaves, or pine needles, as these tend to pass through untouched or cause clogs. Definitely not for large limbs. Assembly is straightforward and quick, though you might find a pair of mysterious orange hubcaps in the box that aren't mentioned in the manual—just snap them onto the wheels as hubcaps to finish the look. If you need to clear branches and woody brush, this is a reliable choice for keeping your property tidy.

Great little machine!
This thing is exactly what it should be, not more. I had a bunch of thorny, woody vines I needed to dispose of and this ate them up along with other small branches I had. It was easy to put together and simple to use. Reading some of the one star reviews, I think some people may have not put theirs together correctly or in recent years maybe the company has made some improvements to the product because those reviews do not match my experience at all. If you’re looking for a wood chipper for large branches this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a chipper/shredder for small branches, this is a decent and affordable option!

works great!
I am cutting a line of trees in the back of my yard, I have about 5 piles like this so far and many more to go! (larger than they look in the picture) and each one makes about a 1/2 bag or so of chips like in the bag in about 1/2 hr of steady use - this is MUCH easier than bundling them for the trash pick up. I am using this mainly for the smaller (under about an inch) branches and bundling the thickest ones for pickup or just putting them in the trash bin. I did try a couple of 1 1/2 thick branches and it will shred them but it is slow going. This machine is absolutely worth the money! arrived quickly and did the job easily. As others have said, I cut the branches into about 4 ft lengths (was getting ready to bundle them for trash pickup anyway) removed most of the side branches and they fed great - you're not going to be able to feed them whole most of the time smaller side branches can be left on but its much easier if you just use a set of pruners as you pile them up - its a small shredder if you have reasonable expectations it is a great tool to have around for cleanups. DO get safety glasses, gloves and maybe a set of ear plugs it does spin the branches around and smack you in the face occasionally if you're not careful!!! and pretty loud while running. ---Oh and the book has a couple of "jokes" in it - kinda funny......

A DIY tool.
Wow, wish I was younger to be able to give a product unboxing and assembly video. From out of the box, plan on the legs colaping with 20 minutes of use. Instead of pre drill and set, they want you to attach the legs using not even self tapping screws, presure hopes . I just got this to get rid of the little twigs that fall each year. I think I might be able to do thus, after I build a stand. Also no extra blades included as advertised. Some time the Wen products work for what you need, other times like this one, it really not worth the saving that you need to put in to labor to make it usable for a bit.
