I was really worried about this sunscreen pilling after reading the reviews but there is absolutely NO pilling. I’ve used it alone as well as over ALL of my skin care products and it has not once pilled. I’ve even used another sunscreen over top of it without pilling and Ive used this sunscreen over top of another and again no pilling. I don’t know what other people are doing to cause pilling especially if they claim they’re using it on bare skin, regardless this sunscreen is amazing and definitely does not pill. It glides on smoothly without tugging. I can see a hint of color whether than be the slight yellow tint it has or maybe it’s just the mineral part of the sunscreen but immediately after applying I can see a LITTLE bit of lightness, I would NOT call it white or residue because that would not be accurate. The finish is very natural; not matte and not glowy, perfect for mature skin. My skin is a little shiny to begin with because I’m using tretinoin right now, which is why I opted for this sunscreen because I will get dark spots if I even think about the sun lol. I’ve noticed my dark spots do not get darker when wearing this sunscreen as compared to others that are not as strong spf or do not last as long. I am VERY picky with texture especially with sunscreen and I cannot stand anything greasy or remotely shiny on my skin because I’m already shiny enough with huge pores so I do not need “dewy” products on my oily/dry/combo skin. This is a great texture, does not break me out or clog pores, and is great for photosensitivity and sensitive skin, has the best finish so far that I’ve tried, and provides excellent coverage while looking AND feeling like nothing on your skin. The price isn’t bad for what you’re getting, especially for how high of quality it is and the amount you get compared to other brands. I have tried ALL the sunscreens…all of them. This is my number one! Don’t worry about the pilling reviews, I have thoroughly tested that theory as I usually have pilling issues with most things I try. Definitely recommend!

Hands down my favorite sunscreen and I have tried so many trending ones in this category! There are so many mineral and chemical sunscreens in the industry and it was very difficult to figure out which one worked best for my skin/climate/travel/etc. This one is a hybrid of both, so I don’t have to second guess. It’s also great for sensitive skin - it’s hydrating and it doesn’t feel heavy. Works amazing under makeup and doesn’t break up my other products (I like this brand’s BB cream on top of this product also). Would recommend this to a friend, because the other sunscreens I’ve tried before this one have not made the cut.

This is my second time ordering it. Despite how affordable it is, I love how lightweight and easy it is to apply. I'm Korean and I've tried a ton of Korean skincare and I really think everyone should have this in their bagssss. I'm also just over 50 years old so I get nervous trying out new products due to skin sensitivity but this cream is top notch!

I bought this sunscreen before and loved it, but this new batch feels completely different. The texture has changed, and it pills terribly on my skin—flaking off like little rolls of dirt. It’s impossible to layer or wear under makeup. Sadly, I won't be buying this again.

On my third bottle- I love this! I have very dry and sensitive skin because I use tretinoin and this works with my skin so well. I love the texture of it, it’s lightweight, no white cast, it dries down into like a natural finish and doesn’t look greasy, it even works well under makeup. This has not pilled for me at all but I think it’s because I let everything dry completely before applying the sunscreen, so if you’re experiencing pilling I recommend giving that a try to see if it helps. I normally can’t use chemical sunscreen because they ak irritate my eyes and skin, but this doesn’t do that. No stinging around my eyes whatsoever so that’s very impressive to me. The only thing is, I wish this was water resistant so I can’t use it in the summer as well but other than that I really recommend it.

Feel it’s a good sunscreen but not my favorite and sometimes it pills so not sure if I’d buy it again.

I found out about this sunscreen from TikTok. I was intrigued because it’s a hybrid sunscreen—a cross between mineral and chemical. I had never heard of such a thing. Furthermore, it is supposed to be acne and oily skin friendly. I’m almost done with the tube now, but I will not be buying a new one. There is barely any white cast, as long as you don’t use too much and blend it out throughly. I haven’t noticed any scent and it doesn’t feel heavy or greasy on my skin. HOWEVER, it pills like crazy throughout the day! I thought it was reacting to one of my other skincare products, but even with just moisturizer, it still flakes off my face. The worst is when you wear makeup over it. The makeup starts lifting almost immediately because the sunscreen pills after drying down and being touched. It’s a shame because I did like it, besides that, and my skin reacted well to it.

It does its work, would buy it again
