Marathon training nutrition
Provides nutrition and essential minerals during 20 miles+ long runs. I use it in combination with Clif bars. Take the sachets with you and mix with water when you need it, or pre-mix in your water bottle. The mixture will settle at the bottom so make sure to shake the bottle before taking a drink.

Drink mix is more like a gel than a drink
I like the concept of this drink mix, but I am a little grossed out everytime I go to wash my bottle out only to find a thick gel at the bottom. It does not stay suspended in the water. I wonder how much of the calories I am actually taking in.

Presque parfait
