0.5 Sec Professional Meat Thermometer Digital, ±0.5°F Accuracy

I paid a little more for this than the similar looking ones, thinking this one had all the features I wanted. I was not disappointed. The reading is very quick. The numbers are large and easily readable. I like that the numbers can change orientation so you don't have to read them upside down. The hand feel is sturdy. Used it to BBQ a steak, and the reading and the doneness were spot on. Use a thermometer for consistent results!

What can I say other than it really works. I’ve now used it on five or six different meals and the rating is perfect. It registers within a half a second and I have not had a meal yet that did not come out perfect

Only used it twice, so I can't rate how long it holds up. But, I give it 5 stars since it is almost instant temperature detection, is accurate, and has a very visible display. I like it a lot already.

This is a.great meat thermometer! It is truly instant read. I have a drawer full of meat thermometers. none of them are accurate or reliable. This one appears to be accurate. The read is so quick that i no longer need to remove the meat from the oven to test it. It is reasonably priced which is a bonus. I recommend this product.

Works great and is accurate. It has a bottle opener at one end and it is excellent for opening beer bottles. The magnet is not very strong like the original one I ordered long time ago. But, if you’re interested in a great thermometer for checking your meat and food on the grill or in your kitchen it’s a must have. Size is perfect where you won’t loose it fits in your pocket the digital numbers can be read with out eye strain easy to insert in roasts and turkeys. You can use it anywhere and the probe fits snug in place after cleaning.

I purchased this meat thermometer after seeing it was recommended on America's Test Kitchen. We both LOVE IT!! It's easy to use, extremely accurate and small enough to store easily.

This thing is great. Temperatures are measured quickly, and it auto shuts off if not in use or if the probe is folded back into the handle.
