Blazing fast Wi-Fi 7 router
This was a replacement for the AX55 TP-Link router that just died on me after about 7 months of usage. So far, I really like how feature packed this router is. Signal strength and speed are phenomenal. I was able to download a 26 GB file in 4 minutes. I was like... holy s&*# Batman! Blazing fast speeds to say the least. Plus I appreciate the RGB lighting features of the router. This is a great upgrade from the AX55 router that I previously had. It was a bit pricey, but I needed something that provided decent speeds for streaming to the multiple devices that I have in my home. My old Netgear router is a backup that works in a pinch, but the moment I start initiating multiple downloads, or accessing a virtual client for work, I definitely notice the slowdown in my internet speed. After a day or so of enduring that, I made the decision to just purchase this router. So far, I have no regrets.

Amazing Gaming Router! I've done my research and this one is the BEST OVERALL!
Great product. Read tons of reviews before purchasing a gaming router. This one was hands down best overall, even better than newer options. Haven't had an issue, purchased almost 6 months ago. Great value. Range is phenomenal. Speed is perfect. It's very reliable and efficient.

Don’t waste your time or money
Trash. Will not maintain a connection for more than a few days. The first four times it dropped, a simple power cycle would fix it. When that didn’t work I contacted customer support, who walked me through the reset process via 192.168.0.1. Now it dropped the connection again, and power cycles will not restore the connection. This all happened in the span of one month. When it does work, it works well. It’s just the most unreliable router I’ve ever owned. Coming from an asus rog router that lasted probably 6 years, I can safely say 1) I’m going back to asus, and 2) I’ll probably never bother with tp link again. There are some better options out there. I took a chance and got burned. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Currently in RMA for a failed port but otherwise works well
Purchased this used in Jan 2026 and started having some issues with a port failing in July 2026. I reached out to tp-link support and Glenn was very helpful in helping facilitate a RMA replacement. Hoping all goes well after.

Amazing router!
I have been using this router for almost a year now and I have been happy with it. I live in an apartment with fiber internet provided by the complex and this made setting up my home network easy! It has the range to provide maximum speed coverage in my entire apartment and I am able to simultaneously use multiple devices without any noticeable change in speed. I connect 4 phones, 4 tablets, 2 TV’s, 4 PC’s and 5 gaming systems. I’m very happy with the performance!

Random restarts
Range and speed is excellent. Worked great for 4 months. Now it reboots randomly a few times a day. Wouldn’t recommend.

Works Great with Frontier Fios Service
Setup and configuration was simple and straight forward. Lots of configuration options with nice web interface. Stronger WiFi signal than I expected. WiFi 6 and 7 throughputs better than expected.

Good advanced features, bad at the basics
Good features but unstable connections kill this thing. I've had it being very cranky about letting existing devices connect to it and occasionally it just cuts them off. Today I need to troubleshoot why one of my home servers isn't connecting (it was a few hours ago and I've power-cycled it) and the webui won't let me log in despite it still serving Wifi and LAN to other devices. I'm not super thrilled about rebooting it midday when everyone in the household is connected. My old ASUS gave up the ghost after 5 years, but this is not an upgrade in any sense.

Buena señal y optimización de la red
Es bueno ejercer buena señal solo configuren en modo puente si no saben los datos del ipv6 del modem de la operadora y con eso funciona excelente

Great router if you live in the USA.
As a router is was amazing faultless in every way for my needs. The only reason for 3 stars is that I ordered 2 of these and both models were US spec so I temporarily had to use and adapter whilst I got in touch with tplink for a resolution. After waiting a week they said that they spoke to one of their engineers who said they could not simply replace it with a UK spec plug and I had to return it to Amazon. I didn't want to go through the whole process again just to end up with another US spec router so was forced to pick a different model.
