This is a great fan!!
I ordered this fan because it was compact, portable and battery operated. The price was not too bad either. When I unboxed it, it came with two rechargeable batteries, a wall plug with charging chord and two circular foam pads. I immediately put in the batteries and began using the fan. So far it has run for two days without recharging. I must say this fan is AWESOME. The strength of the wind it puts out is fantastic (for a battery operated fan). There is a small button near the control knob that allows the fan to oscillate. Yes oscillate. A battery powered fan that oscillates. The fan also has a clip-on feature that I used while in my crafting space and it worked great. I was able to adjust the strength of the wind by turning the dial. The clamp is very strong and held tightly on my craft table without moving. The two foam pads that came with the fan are for air freshening. I used a few drops of Jasmine essential oil on one of the pads and placed it in the rear of the fan near the center and instantly had Jasmine scented air. I will be able to use this fan anywhere because of its light weight and portability. theI would recommend this fan to anyone and especially those with small kids because it would be great to attach to a stroller.

Versatile, works well!
This little fan is almost 9" tall. It has a giant clip at the bottom to attach it to things. I purchased this fan for the crates in which my dogs travel. I always fear that they don't get enough cool air way in the back of the SUV. I had to be creative to attach it to the crates because there was nothing to attach it to. I used the handles of the crates. I clipped the fan to one and one stabilized the back of the fan. It works just perfect!!!!. It oscillates and has a dial for speed settings. I can easily travel to my sister's house 3 hours away and the fan is still blowing when we get there. It charges with a USB cable I hook it to my computer but . I also tried charging it with my camera cable adapter that also uses a USB cable to charge that plugs into a socket. I ran it for about 4 hours on a medium high speed straight out of the box and it was still working. It took about 4 hours to charge to a full charge, so far. It has 2 sponge pads that you can use a drop or two of essential oils and diffuse it into the air. They slip into a little spot on the back of the fan. Nice touch.

Great little fan
Liked the ease of use as well as it being battery powered. I have not used the fan off the battery since for my use (in a RV), I simply use the USB port. For a little fan, it throws out a lot of air. I purchased two and very pleased with them.

Great Fan!
I bought one of these 2 years ago to use at work, I love it! You can charge it overnight and use it all day the following day wirelessly. I like the clip function too, it feels sturdy and solid. So, I ordered another one to use at my home office and it arrived used. It is in worse condition than the 2 year old one I have at work! I ordered a replacement, but returns are a hassle. Was there no quality control when receiving used items, and sending them out as new?

This little fan is outstanding! One of the better values in desk top fans.
Update 6-25-2020:The fan could not be turned on due to the dial being stuck in place. My belief is that they used some type of lubricant that becomes gummy over time. I had to work to get the know off. I cleaned the knob and the edges of the recess where the knob fit. I then used oil to lubricate the knob and recess. The fan can now be turn on and off. However, the fan no longer oscillates. I assume that part was damaged by the same issue with the knob: lubricant became sticky over time.I came here to re-order the fan. I will take the newest fan apart and remove their lubricant with some of my own. The oscillation was not a big deal for me, but it would be nice that this does not happen again, the sticking. My original is still on my desk keeping me cool as I type this reviewEdited. original title: This MIGHT be a great fan, Batteries are not lasting more than 4 hours.8-5-19, upgraded from 3-stars, to 5-stars!I originally ran this fan at full speed with the oscillation engaged. The fan does stay powered at that setting for 4 hours max. That seemed too short of a time. However, the amount of air being blown at that setting is asking a lot of this fan. It does put out an airflow that can be felt and is effective to 8 feet!At 3/4 setting the fan is still effective to 6 feet just lower air flow. At half speed, 3 feet away the airflow is lower but still being felt. Most generic fans have very poor propeller design. For patent reasons or simply cheap construction, most are junk. This little fan is very good.I ran this thing all night at about 1/4 to 1/2 speed and it was still running in the morning, about 7 hours! My major concern was over the ability of the charging system to safely and effectively charge and prevent over discharge of the 18650 batteries. When it is charging, red light flashes and goes steady when full. The 2,200 mAh 18650 unprotected batteries took about 4 hours to fully charge. The fan base did not get warm to the touch after I left the charging cable attached for a couple of extra hours to check on the chargers ability to stop when actually full. Cheap chargers will keep on trying to fill the battery and that is where you can get into trouble with unprotected batteries and cheap chargers. The noise level at full speed is what you would expect for a good fan of this size. Not too loud but not whisper quiet. At 3/4 speed the sound is what I would call quiet. 1/4 speed (3-ft away) the fan is almost silent! It is whisper loud.I will continue to test this fan. If it keeps working, I will invest a higher capacity unprotected 18650 batteries.---------end of update=====This could be the best small fan available. I rated it low on purpose due to battery charge control or possible lack thereof.=============================================================================================This fan is very versatile and puts out a lot of air for its size, way more than you would expect from a battery operated, small fan. The ability to stand it on a flat surface or to clip it to something using the built in clip that is the base is great design, The fan itself swivels pretty much in any direction. It is mounted on to what is a gimbal that allows the air to be directed in any direction without physically moving the fan base.It has a dial instead of buttons for the speed control which is fantastic! Infinite variability of fan speed should allow for longer battery life than the standard hi/low, or the hi.med/low setting found on most of these fans. The fan also oscillates (swivels) in about a120 degree total angle. The field angle can be changed by physically rotating the fan housing. Just press a button to activate/deactivate the oscillating function.----------PROBLEM: the batteries are UNPROTECTED 18650 batteries that after the first use, did not last more than 3 hours! Ran it the first time for 6 hours at highest setting and then turned it off to get a full charge and then to test how long it would last. The unprotected batteries mean that the fans internal charging circuitry and built in charging controls must prevent the batteries from becoming over discharged and also to prevent over charging, both of which will damage the battery. Over charging the 18650 batteries can cause a fire and explosion in some cases. No where in the MEAGER instructions does it explain how the charging is handled.----------I will keep testing this fan and monitoring the charging. The charging blinks when charging and steady red when the batteries are full. That is encouraging as far as charge control is concerned. If the batteries last at least 6 hours or more on average, and the batteries do not explode or catch fire (LOL) then this fan is a bargain even at its current price. Good quality 18650 batteries are not cheap retail. If this fan continues to work and the built in charge/discharge controller is shutting down the battery before damage occurs, then I will invest in better, higher capacity unprotected 18650 batteries.I will upgrade the rating to 5-star if the batteries hold a charge and do not explode. I am serious about the dangers of unprotected batteries being used without proper charge/discharge control. Google it.

Compact, noiseless and provides great airflow.
This is an outstanding product. My daughter bought one to put on her baby stroller to fan her newborn in the hot weather. It easily attaches with the internal clip. In addition to sufficiently cooling the baby with very low noise levels, it also prevented any insect pests from flying near the baby. She was so impressed by this product that I purchased one also. I am using it to attach to my Labrador's kennel in the car. It keeps him properly ventilated at all times. Easy to charge and has a oscillating mode. I would recommend this to anyone.
