It's a great computer, haven't had one in years, but it's easy to use.

I am so happy with this you just don’t know..it’s perfect.. The monitor is great. The size is perfect even even bigger than my old one.

This unit was returned! Windows 11 was not installed, as stated in the product description, so it was worthless to me. This has caused great concern, frustration and several trips back and forth meeting with experts in an effort to get things working. I won't go on into more details here, but this unit was a complete waste of money. I was informed this was a factory defect! Where was the quality control to make certain this unit was working as advertised????? (Note: The single star represents this is a good-looking unit and was shipped promptly.

Was the easiest to set up than any other computer I have had. Big screen and fast.
