Black Orchid and Dark Wine. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL COLOR! Goes on so silky and smooth, with a moisturizing feel, not matte, nor glossy. It has a very full coverage, one to two coats is all that's needed, in my experience. It is not sticky and does not get sticky, at least not on me. (I do use a moisturizing chapstick underneath though) It does not have any fragrance to it that I can tell. It's really a nice and easy and beautiful lipstick to wear. I WILL NEVER SPEND A FORTUNE ON LIPSTICK AGAIN! I have to say, this lipstick holds up just as well as most others, and I like it even better than most others for that matter. Yes, you will have to reapply maybe a little more often than a lip stain that claims to have 12 to 24 hour wear, but it's well worth it to have the quality of this lipstick, and the color, for this price. I don't even want to put it out there buuut, I would pay two or three times as much. THE ONLY CON: they really need to redesign the cap. It slants down on one end at the bottom, so that you MUST make sure it goes on correctly so that it fits in kind of like a puzzle piece, otherwise you will crack or break the cap, or it won't close all the way for that matter. I don't want to have to think about or worry about that when I take the cap off and put it back on, I just want to take it off and snap it back on without thinking and having to turn the lipstick around to make sure to fit the two puzzle pieces together. A couple tips.. with these dark colors and as silky and moisturizing as it goes on, it would be best to use a lip liner with these dark colors, and there are lip setting products out there that will help, to matte it down, so that it stays longer without having to reapply as often. BUT, it is absolutely beautiful either way. In my opinion, these are the two best red lipsticks. The Black Orchid is a little bit more of a deeper or browner undertone type red, and the Dark Wine, has a little bit more of a deep maroon or pinkish undertone to it, but don't confuse it with a dark pink, it is definitely a red... But it's a wine red like it says. ALSO, WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, TAKE IT STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX AND PUT THE LIPSTICKS IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR A FEW HOURS. AS COMMON SENSE... THEY HAVE BEEN IN A HOT TRUCK ALL DAY, OUT ON DELIVERY.... DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN IMMEDIATELY IF YOU LIVE SOMEWHERE WHERE IT'S HOT LIKE FLORIDA, JUST PUT IT STRAIGHT INTO THE FRIDGE TO LET IT COOL AND RESET. Just absolutely beautiful lipsticks. LOVE! EXCELLENT BUY!!

prob the best one for a cheap price not complaining i love it this one smooth and coverage and matte finish is awesome i don't have to reapply like other brands that seem dry out sticky easy to you and glides very well this is the prob my fav so far out of them all

I have to say, I was surprised by the creamy texture and overall good quality of this lipstick. It's pretty true to color... maybe a tad more "baby pink" than I expected but still wearable. I'd prefer it to be more matte but the amount of "sparkle" is kind of understated so it's fine. I can live with it. For reference, my skin is pale with olive undertones and this color works pretty well with my skin tone which isn't common. I dust a bit of nude eyeshadow powder over my lips to get the tone just right.

Ordering any kind of makeup online is always kind of luck of the draw & can be very hitzor-miss. I can't tell you how many YEARS of tubes of truly expensive lipstick, lip plumpers, & lipgloss I currently have lying in drawers. Most of them are rejects due to the colors not being anything close to what was shown &/or described online. Others are rejects due to texture, scent, taste, dryness, consistency, staying power, or a myriad of other things I disliked. Around the Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday season, I decided to look for a nice red lipstick to match some of my red holiday outfits. Red is a color I very rarely, if ever, wear because they are usually either too dark, too bright, too blue/purple, turn orange on me, don't go with my hair & skin color or... 'bleed' into the small lines around my mouth which is, frankly, at my age (75) all too common. So when I ran across the Wet n Wild Silk Finish Lipstick line & saw all the various colors AND at an amazingly low prices... I was overwhelmed! How could anyone possibly choose a *single* color? But then at those low prices (just over $1.25/tube), why should anyone decide to choose ONLY one!? I ended up choosing 6-7 different colors & my total bill was under $10!! WHAT!!...UNDER $10!??! NO WAY!!! That's a fraction of what I've paid for a single tube in the past, AND, the absolute BEST part? These WnW Silk Finish lipsticks are all phenomenal... wonderful creamy texture, it applies smoothly, it doesn't cake up & dry out on your lips, & doesn't dry my lips out once removed! The colors are beautiful (Cherry Frost, Pink Ice, & Fuschia On Past are my 3 favs!), stay true once applied, & have great staying power. I did reapply it after meals but... so what! While traveling out of town for the holidays, I forgot to pack my lipliner, which is almost always a requirement whenever I wear any red or darker lip colors. *Gasp... Disaster!!! But I found even the garnet red color stayed put on my mouth without immediately spreading into tiny mouth lines & looking all feathery! I can't begin to describe what a miracle that was! Yes, I highly recommend this brand of lipstick... great quality especially for these low prices!! BTW One Note>>> these lipsticks are not totally non-transferable but I've seen much worse! If leaving a faint lip print on a glass is a BFD to you, then this lipstick probably isn't going to work for you... but for quite a bit more money I'm sure you can find one that does.

Silky Lipstick ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Wet n Wild lipstick has a smooth, silky texture that glides on easily and feels comfortable on my lips. The color is beautiful and applies evenly without feeling heavy or drying. It has a nice finish and is perfect for everyday wear. Overall, it’s a great affordable lipstick that looks and feels much more expensive than it is. It’s long lasting and I am very impressed!

I just received my dark wine lipstick for the price? Did not expect how nice it glides on and has good moisture, definitely recommend. It’s actually better than my $45 lipstick I bought. It’s non sticky, it’s not a matte finish but the Color match is exactly what I wanted. Very happy!

I love this lipstick. I love the color and have been wearing it for years. It is very deep and rich and vibrant. It goes on very smooth. However it lasts for along time but doesn't last all day. It does keep my lips feeling feeling moisture. It is very inexpensive which I love. Compared to the more expensive brands, there is no difference.

For over 40 years, I bought mostly high-end designer lipsticks. A friend introduced me to Wet n Wild, and I was pleasantly surprised. While searching for shades that complement my medium-to-dark skin tone, I came across this one. The price was so affordable that I decided to give it a try. The colors are beautiful, fun, and very flattering. I did notice that the lipstick doesn't glide on as smoothly as some premium brands, so the first coat can look a little uneven. However, applying a second coat solved the problem by filling in the small areas that were missed, leaving a much more even finish. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, the formula is a little on the dry side. Personally, I didn't find it bothersome because it's only slightly dry and still feels comfortable enough to wear. Considering the variety of colors and the exceptional value, I'm very happy with this purchase. Just purchased for the second time.
